Steps
- Identify the specific result worth highlighting.
- Draft the testimonial for the client (focused on results + value) and the request email (
templates/testimonial-request.md). - Request logo rights and a face/photo where possible (faces + quotes beat logos).
- Save captured testimonials to
proof/testimonials/. - Note any referral opening to pursue.
