Use to author an Omni WorkSkillRouting rule (field-based skill criteria): map a related-entity field value to a required Omni Skill (e.g. add the Voice skill when Case.Origin = Phone), deployed as one WorkSkillRouting record via the Metadata API. Idempotent via the Metadata API files[].state signal; one rule per related entity. Triggers: add field-based skill routing, route by a Case field to a skill, route by a MessagingSession field to a skill, configure attribute-based skills routing, require an Omni skill for a field value. Do not use to create the Skill or bind agents to it (service-omni-skills-based-routing-configure), to create agent users, or to configure queues.
forcedotcom/service-omni-work-skill-routing-configure
Use to create N Omni-Channel supervisor users on a Salesforce org via Anonymous Apex, using the supervisor{i}.<suffix>@example.com pattern with SOQL-based idempotency (re-runs skip existing usernames). Passwords are set via System.setPassword and handled fail-closed: the wrapper proves no active debug TraceFlag before setting a password, and otherwise leaves the user ACTIVE and reset_required. Triggers: create supervisor users, provision supervisor accounts, scaffold supervisor personas. Do not use on production customer orgs (blocked by the safe_to_write guard), to bind supervisors to OmniSupervisorConfig (service-omni-supervisor-config-deploy), or to assign the ContactCenterSupervisor permission set (service-omni-supervisor-permset-assign).
forcedotcom/service-omni-supervisor-users-create
Use to populate the Omni-Channel Supervisor action + tab surface on an existing OmniSupervisorConfig by inserting the standard OmniSupervisorConfigAction and OmniSupervisorConfigTab companion rows via the Data API, idempotent (inserts only the missing types). Requires an OmniSupervisorConfig from service-omni-supervisor-config-deploy. Triggers: give the supervisor the standard action buttons and tabs, add Wallboard/Agents/Queues tabs to Omni Supervisor, configure supervisor actions like Change Queues/Skills. Do not use to create the supervisor configuration itself, create supervisor users, assign the supervisor permission set, or add custom-action / FlexiPage / AWS-dashboard / AI-agent surfaces (those need an external reference and must be set up in Setup).
forcedotcom/service-omni-supervisor-surface-deploy
Use to assign the Salesforce-shipped standard ContactCenterSupervisor PermissionSet (default) to N existing supervisor users via PermissionSetAssignment DML. Idempotent — SOQL detects existing (user, perm-set) pairs before POST, and DUPLICATE_VALUE is treated as reused. The standard set carries its own permission-set license and assigns cleanly on Service-Cloud-enabled orgs; a user whose license lacks the entitlement surfaces FIELD_INTEGRITY_EXCEPTION so the operator can fix the profile/license. Triggers: assign the supervisor permset, grant supervisor perms, complete supervisor provisioning. Do not use on production orgs or to assign agent permsets.
forcedotcom/service-omni-supervisor-permset-assign
Use to stand up a headless Omni-Channel Supervisor Configuration by deploying the classic OmniSupervisorConfig (parent plus supervisor-user and queue companions) in one atomic Metadata API deploy, idempotent via the deploy state. Requires active supervisor users, Omni base settings, and the monitored queues. Triggers: set up Omni Supervisor, configure the classic Supervisor Command Center. Do not use to create supervisor users, assign the ContactCenterSupervisor permission set, or deploy queues, service channels, or presence statuses.
forcedotcom/service-omni-supervisor-config-deploy
Use to make agents routable by Omni skills-based routing: ensure an Omni Skill exists, then assign it to each active agent through the classic Omni-Channel SkillUser junction. Idempotent — existing skills and user bindings are reused, and only missing bindings are created. Works on Service Cloud orgs without requiring Field Service. Triggers: set up skills-based routing agents, assign Omni skills to agents, make agents skill-routable, create an Omni skill and bind users, repair missing agent skill assignments. Do not use to author WorkSkillRouting rules, create agent users, or configure queues.
forcedotcom/service-omni-skills-based-routing-configure
Use to enable or verify the Omni-Channel sidebar on a Lightning console app. Triggers: enable the Omni sidebar, pin Omni-Channel in a console app, configure the Omni sidebar, turn on the Omni-Channel utility region, verify the pinned Omni widget. Do not use for Aura apps, standard apps, utility-bar-only Omni widgets, or to create a console app.
forcedotcom/service-omni-sidebar-configure
Use to ensure exactly one ServiceChannel exists on a Salesforce org for a routable sObject (Case | Incident | MessagingSession | VoiceCall), reusing any standard or custom channel already bound to that sObject and only deploying a canonical template when none exists. Salesforce enforces one ServiceChannel per RelatedEntity, so the skill detects via the Tooling API first. Standard channels ship for Case (Cases), MessagingSession (sfdc_livemessage), VoiceCall (sfdc_phone); Incident has none. Triggers: configure ServiceChannel for Case/Incident/Messaging/Voice routing, add Incident or Voice routing to Omni. Do not use to tune per-sObject capacity (use PresenceUserConfig.Capacity), to reset a mis-configured channel to canonical shape, or for sObjects outside Case/Incident/MessagingSession/VoiceCall.
forcedotcom/service-omni-service-channel-configure
Use to deploy an Omni-Channel routing Flow for Case or VoiceCall and verify it routes work items to a queue or by skill. Supports the Case and VoiceCall steel thread with an autolaunched dryRun-gated variant and record-triggered QueueBased and SkillsBased variants. --trigger deploys a record-triggered variant; --routing-type SkillsBased evaluates WorkSkillRouting rules with a non-null skillOption; --runtime-proof checks routing evidence and, for SkillsBased, SkillRequirement rows. Triggers: deploy Omni routing flow for Case, deploy Omni routing flow for VoiceCall, wire VoiceCall routing, create a record-triggered Omni routing flow, verify a Case routing flow, deploy skills-based routing flow. Do not use for screen flows, platform-event-triggered flows, or Flow Tests.
forcedotcom/service-omni-routing-flow-deploy
Use to create or update a QueueRoutingConfig record on a Salesforce org via the Data API (idempotent SOQL detect + REST upsert). Naming is target-derived: Case→Case_Routing_Config, VoiceCall→Voice_Routing_Config, Incident→Incident_Routing_Config, MessagingSession→Messaging_Routing_Config (via QRC_ROUTING_TARGET), or pass an explicit developer-name/label/capacity/priority. RoutingModel MostAvailable (default) or LeastActive. Triggers: create a Case or Voice routing config, deploy a QueueRoutingConfig, set up queue routing for Omni Cases/Voice, configure CapacityWeight per queue. Do not use for attribute-based routing (IsAttributeBased=true is out of scope) or routing models other than MostAvailable/LeastActive.
forcedotcom/service-omni-queue-routing-config-deploy
Use to bind agent users into a Salesforce Queue via GroupMember Data API POSTs, with SOQL-based idempotency (safe re-run — only inserts missing bindings). Binds either the generated demo agents (agent{1..N}.<suffix>@example.com) or an explicit list of real agents passed as usernames/User Ids. Triggers: add agents to a Case/Voice queue, assign agent users to a queue, populate queue membership for Omni routing. Do not use to create the queue (service-omni-queue-deploy), to create the agent users (service-omni-agent-users-create), or to assign permission sets (service-omni-permission-set-assign).
forcedotcom/service-omni-queue-members-assign
Use to verify or create a Queue on a Salesforce org for a routable sObject (Case | Incident | MessagingSession | VoiceCall), discovered via its QueueSobject binding rather than by hardcoded name. Reuses whatever queue already routes the target sObject; with --create-if-missing it creates a Queue via the Metadata API (Group + QueueSobject) when none is bound and aligns its QueueRoutingConfigId to a caller-specified QRC. Returns created, reused, updated, or blocked. Triggers: verify or create a queue for Case/Incident/Messaging/Voice routing, align queue routing config, set up an Omni voice queue. Do not use to add users to the queue (service-omni-queue-members-assign) or for sObjects outside Case/Incident/MessagingSession/VoiceCall.
forcedotcom/service-omni-queue-deploy
Use to deploy an Omni PresenceUserConfig (presence configuration) as one whole-record Metadata write with the decline/ACW fields set consistently: Auto-Accept off, Decline on, Decline Reason on (with a PresenceDeclineReason deployed in the same package), and an After-Conversation-Work wrap-up timer. Agents are assigned by username. Idempotent via the Metadata API files[].state signal. Triggers: create presence configuration, enable decline + decline reason + ACW wrap-up timer for agents, assign presence config to users. Do not use for ServicePresenceStatus (separate skill), for permission-set access to statuses, or to set the channel-level ACW timer on a ServiceChannel.
forcedotcom/service-omni-presence-user-config-deploy
Create the standard Available and Busy presence statuses needed for Omni-Channel routing. TRIGGER when users ask to deploy Omni presence statuses, configure agent availability, deploy Omni status metadata, create an Available status for Case, Incident, Messaging, or Voice, or add the standard Busy status. DO NOT TRIGGER for custom status designs, unsupported objects, or PresenceUserConfig capacity.
forcedotcom/service-omni-presence-status-deploy
Assign the required Omni permission sets to provisioned agent users. TRIGGER when users ask to assign Omni permissions to agents, grant Omni-Channel access, add Omni_Agent permissions, repair missing Omni permission assignments, or prepare agents to use the Omni widget. DO NOT TRIGGER for arbitrary permission-set authoring, agent creation, or queue membership.
forcedotcom/service-omni-permission-set-assign
Use to analyze whether an org should use Command Center for Service V2 or classic Omni Supervisor and recommend the next action without making changes. Triggers: detect Command Center V2 versus classic, check supervisor readiness, choose a supervisor experience, diagnose Command Center availability, assess Omni Supervisor setup. Do not use to enable V2, assign permissions, or deploy configuration.
forcedotcom/service-omni-command-center-analyze
Use to stand up Omni-Channel headlessly: base settings, users, service channels, routing configs, queues and members, presence statuses, permissions, supervisor configuration, and Case or VoiceCall routing flows. Reuses existing records and creates missing ones. Optional stages cover Command Center V2 on supported releases, agent experience, and skills-based routing. TRIGGER when: set up Omni-Channel, configure Omni routing, provision Omni agents, provision Omni supervisors, or configure Case, Incident, MessagingSession, or VoiceCall routing. Do not use for Agentforce bots, one existing field change, or bare metadata deployment.
forcedotcom/service-omni-channel-setup-coordinate
Use to report Omni-Channel Pending Service Routing usage without changing the org: query the current PendingServiceRouting count, compare it with an admin-supplied maximum or a labeled routing-model reference default, and explain which live values are unavailable through supported APIs. TRIGGER when: check Omni-Channel limits, inspect PSR limits, analyze PendingServiceRouting usage, review pending routing capacity, or report queued work usage. Do not use to change limits or scrape Salesforce Setup.
forcedotcom/service-omni-channel-limits-analyze
Use to inventory configured Omni-Channel instances across Voice, Email, Chat, SMS, Facebook, WhatsApp, and In-App, including each channel's Queue, Flow, or Other routing target, without changing the org. TRIGGER when: list Omni channels, inventory Omni routing, inspect channel routing targets, analyze Omni-Channel setup, or find configured service channels. Do not use to create, update, activate, or delete channels or routing configuration.
forcedotcom/service-omni-channel-inventory-analyze
Use to enable the five Omni-Channel base settings on a Salesforce org via the Metadata API. The canonical writer scripts/configure-and-report.sh detects, deploys, and re-verifies in one call (run mode) or detects only (plan mode); it is idempotent (deploys only when a toggle is false or missing) and guards writes with a sandbox/CDO/trial/DE safe_to_write check. It always surfaces the UI-only login-behavior gap in its report. Triggers: enable Omni-Channel, turn on Omni base settings, configure OmniChannelSettings, deploy Settings:OmniChannel. Do not use to configure downstream Omni entities (queues, presence, permissions — use the entity-specific skill) or to deploy other Settings types (use platform-metadata-deploy).
forcedotcom/service-omni-base-settings-configure
Use to manage Omni-Channel attribute-based routing rules through the Tooling API. TRIGGER when: list attribute-routing rules, inspect a WorkSkillRouting rule, create an inactive routing rule, add a field-to-skill mapping, activate a complete routing rule, deactivate a routing rule, or delete a routing rule or attribute. Do not use to create agent skills or routing flows.
forcedotcom/service-omni-attribute-routing-configure
Use to configure or verify org-wide AgentWork visibility for supervisors after explicit confirmation. Triggers: let supervisors read AgentWork, configure AgentWork sharing, verify AgentWork OWD, make AgentWork visible to supervisors, change AgentWork internal access. Do not use to filter which reps appear in Command Center; use service-omni-supervisor-config-deploy for that.
forcedotcom/service-omni-agent-work-sharing-configure
Create reusable agent users for Omni-Channel setup and routing validation. TRIGGER when users ask to create Omni agents, provision Omni test users, seed sandbox users for routing, create Omni-Channel routing agents, or repair missing demo agents. DO NOT TRIGGER for queue membership, permission-set assignment, or supervisor-user creation.
forcedotcom/service-omni-agent-users-create
Configure (enable OR disable) call recording and call transcription for Native Voice (Thunderbird Voice) programmatically via the Metadata API, for headless / API-driven support where no human uses the Service Console UI. Either preference can be turned on or off independently. Use this skill when a user asks to turn on/off, enable/disable, or configure Native Voice recording and/or transcription for headless or automated voice calls. TRIGGER when: users mention Thunderbird Voice, Native Voice, ThunderbirdVoiceSettings, enableCallRecording, enableCallTranscription, 'enable recording and transcription', 'turn off call recording', 'disable transcription', 'turn on call recording via API', headless voice recording, or configuring voice-call capture without clicking through Setup. DO NOT TRIGGER when: the user wants to redact or scrub PII from existing recordings, transcribe a supplied audio file, or author a Flow/Apex — those are out of scope for this skill.
forcedotcom/service-native-voice-recording-transcription-configure

Use this for: 'set up employee agent in Teams', 'embed Agentforce agent in Teams', 'make the IT Service Employee Agent reply in Teams', 'Teams Ask AI Agent not responding', 'agent joins then leaves without replying', 'configure MIAW deployment for Teams employee agent', 'Teams embedded messaging agent setup'. Builds the whole stack headlessly (zero Setup-UI clicks): the Web messaging channel with User Verification ON, the Enhanced Chat User Verification Key Set (JWKS_URL) it requires, the Teams_AgentForce custom-client deployment, the routing flow to the agent, and the Agent Access permission set that lets the portal user reach the agent. DO NOT TRIGGER for enabling the Teams feature Salesforce Go page toggle (service-itsm-teams-configure) or for configuring notification preferences.
forcedotcom/service-itsm-teams-employee-agent-configure
Debug and diagnose Microsoft Teams for Employee Service (ITSM) configuration failures — run a pass/fail validation checklist against the org and report exact remediation. Use this for: 'IT Desk login not working in Teams', 'UEL/CCP user can't log in to IT Service', 'Teams feature not showing / not enabled', 'CI Hub / Service Catalog / My Assets tab not loading', 'Teams Agentforce agent not responding', 'Teams swarming not working', 'Teams SSO failing', or any request to troubleshoot a Teams ITSM setup. Routes the problem to the right checklist (login, feature enablement, tab loading, Agentforce, swarming, SSO) and checks the exact CORS, External Client App, feature toggle, PSL, profile, auth-provider, named-credential, and messaging-channel settings each requires. DO NOT TRIGGER for first-time enablement (service-itsm-teams-configure / -itservice-configure / -itdesk-configure) or building the embedded agent from scratch (service-itsm-teams-employee-agent-configure).
forcedotcom/service-itsm-teams-debug
End-to-end autopilot orchestrator for setting up Microsoft Teams integration in Salesforce Service Cloud ITSM — runs the whole flow (enable the Teams for Employee Service Go feature, register the Microsoft Entra app, populate Named Credentials, configure the IT Desk and IT Service checklists, turn on Swarming, and optionally embed the Agentforce agent) in one continuous pass, stopping only at the points a human must act. Use when the user asks to set up Microsoft Teams for ITSM end to end, 'set up teams for it service', 'do the whole teams itsm setup', 'configure microsoft teams for employee service', or wants a guided Teams ITSM walkthrough. Delegates each stage to a specialized child skill while driving the sequence itself. DO NOT TRIGGER when the user asks to enable Teams alone, configure just the IT Desk or IT Service checklist alone, or enable Swarming alone — delegate directly to the specific child skill in those cases.
forcedotcom/service-itsm-teams-coordinate
Enable Microsoft Teams for Employee Service (ITSM) in Salesforce — the Salesforce Go feature service-cloud-itsm-teams-integration gating Teams-based IT Desk and IT Service collaboration. Use this for: 'set up Slack for Employee Service', 'assign Employee Slack Notifications permission set', 'manage user access for Slack employee service', 'select a preferred digital experience site for Slack', 'set up self service for employees on Slack', or any request to complete the IT Service / Employee Service half of the Slack ITSM Go page checklist. DO NOT TRIGGER for the Microsoft Teams equivalents (service-itsm-teams-itservice-configure) or for turning ITSM notification preferences on or off.
forcedotcom/service-itsm-slack-itservice-configure
Configures the Incident Priority Matrix for Salesforce ITSM through the sf CLI — enabling or disabling the matrix, shaping the Impact x Urgency grid that derives Priority on Incident records, toggling the manual-override preference, and reading or setting the default fallback priority. Reads every value before writing, is idempotent, and requires explicit user confirmation before any mutation. Use when the user wants to view, enable, disable, set up, seed, add to, change, or remove priority matrix configuration for Incident records, change the default incident priority, or asks about incident priority setup, impact/urgency mapping, override, or the ITSM incident priority matrix. DO NOT TRIGGER for Problem or ChangeRequest priority matrices, Case priority fields, standard Priority picklists outside ITSM, SLA or milestone configuration, or enabling Incident Management itself (use the service-itsm-incident-mgmt-configure skill).
forcedotcom/service-itsm-incident-priority-configure
Reads and toggles the master Incident Management setting on a Salesforce ITSM org — the org-level switch that turns Incident Management on or off. Reads current state before writing, is idempotent, and requires explicit user confirmation before any change. Use when the user wants to enable, disable, toggle, view, or turn on/off Incident Management (Service ITSM) at the org level. DO NOT TRIGGER for Default Field Validations for Incidents, Auto Closure of Child Incidents, Email-to-Incident sub-toggles, Problem Management, Change Management, Case Management, ITSM External Client App setup, or Incident Priority Matrix configuration (use the service-itsm-incident-priority-configure skill).
forcedotcom/service-itsm-incident-mgmt-configure

Provision and enable a Unified Employee License (UEL) user in Salesforce with the full entity chain — User, Person Account, PersonContact, and Employee2 — through the Salesforce-hosted headless-360 MCP server. Use when the user asks to create a UEL user, set up a Unified Employee user account, enable an employee under the Unified Employee license, provision an employee with Person Account and Employee2 record, or onboard a new employee onto the Unified Employee profile. Triggers on: create UEL user, set up unified employee, provision unified employee, enable UEL employee, onboard employee user, create person account for employee. DO NOT TRIGGER when: the user asks to create a standard user without UEL, clone an existing user, manage existing user permissions only, assign incident permissions only, reset passwords only, or look up existing users without creation intent.

Resolve missing ITSM Intelligence invocable actions so a Fulfiller NGA agent can activate. Reads which of the three Core Fulfiller persona permsets (IncidentFulfiller, ProblemFulfillerPermSet, ChangeRequestFulfillerPermSet) are provisioned, then assigns the running user the selected persona (plus backing PSL when license-gated) so svc_itsm_intelligence__* actions surface; hands off to service-itsm-agentic-setup-agentforce-studio-validate if none are provisioned. Use when the Fulfiller agent-configure skill reports missing actions on activate, when 'Invocable action svc_itsm_intelligence__X does not exist' surfaces, when a user asks to grant themselves Fulfiller prompt-template access, when asked to assign the Incident, Problem, or Change Fulfiller persona permission set, or when resolving missing ITSM Intelligence action access for the Fulfiller agent. DO NOT TRIGGER for Employee-agent access, Agentforce for IT Service toggles, agent creation, CMDB access, or generic permset assignment.
forcedotcom/service-itsm-agentic-setup-itsm-agentforce-permset-assign
End-to-end Incident SLA setup for Service Cloud ITSM — creating a MilestoneType, an Incident-scoped SLA Policy (SlaProcess), attaching a Milestone with criteria, and wiring an Entitlement so Incidents derive an EntityMilestone with a computed TargetDate. Use when the user asks to configure SLA milestones on Incidents, create an SLA policy for Incident records, set up entitlement processes for ITSM, wire milestones so they appear on the Incident page, or enable SLA tracking for incident management. DO NOT TRIGGER when: the user asks about Case entitlements or Case SLA (not Incident), querying existing SLA policies without setup intent, general Entitlement sObject CRUD unrelated to Incident, or Milestone queries for reporting purposes only.
forcedotcom/service-itsm-agentic-setup-incident-sla-configure
Orchestrator for Incident Management setup in Salesforce Service Cloud ITSM: presents the available features, tracks progress, and configures each — SLA & Milestones, Priority Matrix, Incident preferences, Major Incident Management, Incident persona PSG assignment, and Service Management Privilege. Use for: set up or configure incident management, incident management walkthrough, what incident features can I configure; the incident preference toggles (default field validations, auto-close child incidents, auto-triage, assign with Einstein, restrict assigned group, rich text descriptions); Major Incident Management (approval group + MIM preferences); assigning the Incident Fulfiller or Incident Manager persona PSG to a user; Service Management Privilege / privilege escalation setup. DO NOT TRIGGER for: the master on/off switch (service-itsm-incident-mgmt-configure), the Priority Matrix or SLA alone, the Major Incident Manager PSG, creating/editing PSGs, or Problem/Change/Case Management.
forcedotcom/service-itsm-agentic-setup-incident-management
Create and activate the IT Service Fulfiller agent as a Next-Gen Authoring (NGA) native agent from the shipped ITSM Fulfiller template's Agent Script, using the Salesforce CLI (sf): read the template, check idempotency, create the NGA bundle then publish and activate it, then verify it is live. Idempotent per developer name. The Fulfiller agent is the IT-technician-facing assistant for incident triage, case summarization, field updates, and related-record automations. Use when asked to create the Fulfiller agent, set up the IT Service Fulfiller agent, provision the fulfiller assistant, or activate the Fulfiller agent. Triggers: create fulfiller agent, set up fulfiller agent, provision fulfiller agent, activate fulfiller agent. DO NOT TRIGGER: checking org prerequisites (service-itsm-agentic-setup-agentforce-studio-validate), or CMDB CRUD.
forcedotcom/service-itsm-agentic-setup-fulfiller-agent-configure
Create and activate an IT Service Employee agent as a Next-Gen Authoring (NGA) native agent from an ITSM Employee agent template's Agent Script, via the Salesforce CLI (sf): read the template, check idempotency, create the NGA bundle then publish and activate, verify live. Defaults to the broad IT Service Employee template; when the user names a specialized Employee template (Password Manager Assistance, Certificate Management, Onboarding, Hardware Request, and ~47 others catalogued in references/specialized-templates.md — all under the `svc_emp_intelligence__` namespace), pins that one instead. Idempotent per developer name. TRIGGER when the user asks to create/set up/provision/activate the Employee agent, the IT Service Employee agent, or a specialized Employee agent (password manager, certificate, onboarding, hardware request, etc.). DO NOT TRIGGER: prerequisite checks (service-itsm-agentic-setup-agentforce-studio-validate), CMDB CRUD, Fulfiller setup (service-itsm-agentic-setup-fulfiller-agent-configure).
forcedotcom/service-itsm-agentic-setup-employee-agent-configure
Top-level orchestrator for setting up IT Service Management (ITSM) in Salesforce Service Cloud. Use when the user asks to set up ITSM, configure service management, wants a guided walkthrough, or asks what is needed to get ITSM running. Presents a paged multi-select track menu and delegates to domain sub-orchestrators — Incident Management, Agentforce for ITSM, CMDB, Channels (Portal, Notifications, Microsoft Teams, Slack), and Unified Catalog (find and deploy Service Process templates). Prerequisites (e.g., the Incident Management master switch) are owned inside the relevant sub-orchestrator, not at this level. Triggers on: set up ITSM, configure service management, ITSM setup, get ITSM running, set up CMDB / channels / Teams / Slack / Agentforce for ITSM / Unified Catalog templates. DO NOT TRIGGER when: the user asks about a specific feature directly (e.g., the priority matrix alone), asks only about Case management, wants to create a single user, or asks general ITSM questions without setup intent.
forcedotcom/service-itsm-agentic-setup-configure
Enable CMDB Asset Discovery in Service Cloud ITSM against a production or sandbox org by turning on the service-cloud-itsm-discovery-integration feature, then grant a user the Discovery page by assigning the IT Service Discovery Manager permission set and its license — the final CMDB setup layer, run after the CMDB feature, user access, and content bundle are in place. Use when the user asks to enable CMDB discovery, turn on asset discovery, enable service-cloud-itsm-discovery-integration, grant Discovery page access, or assign the Discovery Manager permission set. Triggers on: enable CMDB discovery, turn on asset discovery, service-cloud-itsm-discovery-integration, assign Discovery Manager access, CMDB discovery not enabled. DO NOT TRIGGER when: the user wants to enable the base CMDB feature, provision the CMDB tenant, assign the four CMDB Configuration-Item permission sets, install a CMDB content bundle, or work with CMDB records directly — those are earlier CMDB layers.
forcedotcom/service-itsm-agentic-setup-cmdb-discovery-configure
Orchestrator skill for enabling CMDB (Configuration Management Database) end-to-end in Service Cloud ITSM against a production or sandbox org. Use when the user asks to set up CMDB, enable Configuration Management Database, configure the ITSM CMDB, onboard CMDB from scratch, wants a guided walkthrough of CMDB enablement, or asks what CMDB setup steps are available. Triggers on: set up CMDB, enable CMDB, configure CMDB, CMDB onboarding, Configuration Management Database setup, ITSM CMDB walkthrough. DO NOT TRIGGER when: the user asks about a specific CMDB sub-step directly (e.g. only installing a bundle, only assigning permission sets), CMDB record CRUD (creating CIs, relationships), Discovery/Service Graph Connector configuration, or general ITSM queries without CMDB setup intent.
forcedotcom/service-itsm-agentic-setup-cmdb-coordinate
Enable the CMDB (Configuration Management Database) feature in Service Cloud ITSM against a production or sandbox org: verify the CMDB org SKU, provision the CMDB tenant, and enable the service-cloud-itsm-cmdb-integration feature that lifts the CMDB access gate. Use when the user asks to enable CMDB, turn on the Configuration Management Database, provision the CMDB tenant, enable the CMDB feature, or fix a CMDB 403 FUNCTIONALITY_NOT_ENABLED error. Triggers on: enable CMDB feature, provision CMDB tenant, turn on CMDB, CMDB not enabled, CMDB 403 error, service-cloud-itsm-cmdb-integration. DO NOT TRIGGER when: the user only wants to assign CMDB permission sets to users, only install a CMDB content bundle, or work with CMDB records directly.
forcedotcom/service-itsm-agentic-setup-cmdb-configure
Deploy (install) the CMDB Foundation base content bundle in Service Cloud ITSM against a production or sandbox org, after the CMDB feature is enabled. Use when the user asks to install the CMDB bundle, deploy CMDB Foundation, set up the CMDB base content, install CMDB out-of-the-box content, or finish CMDB setup with the base bundle. Triggers on: install CMDB bundle, deploy CMDB Foundation, CMDB base content, CMDB content bundle, bundleInstallation, finish CMDB setup. DO NOT TRIGGER when: the user wants to enable the CMDB feature for the org (that is the CMDB feature-enable skill), assign CMDB permission sets to a user (that is the CMDB access-assign skill), install optional non-base add-on bundles, deploy general (non-CMDB) metadata or packages, or work with CMDB records directly.
forcedotcom/service-itsm-agentic-setup-cmdb-bundle-deploy
Grant a specific user access to CMDB (Configuration Management Database) data in Service Cloud ITSM against a production or sandbox org by assigning the license-backed CMDB permission sets (Configuration Item Reader, Owner, Type Reader, Type Manager) and their permission-set licenses. Use when the user asks to give someone CMDB access, assign CMDB permission sets, grant a user the Configuration Item Reader/Owner role, or fix a CMDB 403 FUNCTIONALITY_NOT_ENABLED that a user still hits after the CMDB feature is already enabled. Triggers on: assign CMDB permission set, grant CMDB access, give user Configuration Item access, CMDB access for user, user still gets CMDB 403 after enable. DO NOT TRIGGER when: the user wants to turn on the CMDB feature or provision the CMDB tenant for the whole org (that is the CMDB feature-enable skill), only install a CMDB content bundle, work with CMDB records directly, or assign general (non-CMDB) permission sets to users (use dx-org-permission-set-assign).

Validate the Agentforce for IT Service prerequisites for a Fulfiller or Employee agent, using the Salesforce CLI (sf). The READ-ONLY prerequisite check: it reads the Salesforce Go feature toggles behind the Agentforce for IT Service setup page (Agentforce Studio, the IT Service Fulfiller Template / IT Service Employee Template, Specialized Agent Templates for Employee) via one Connect API call, then a helper script classifies the chosen path into a READY / NOT-READY verdict. It never enables anything; when a toggle is off it hands off to agentforce-studio-configure to enable it. Use when asked to check Agentforce prerequisites, validate the org is ready for an ITSM agent, or verify Agentforce Studio is enabled. Triggers: check agentforce prerequisites, validate agentforce readiness, is my org ready for the fulfiller agent, verify agentforce studio enabled. DO NOT TRIGGER: enabling or turning on the toggles, creating the fulfiller agent (service-itsm-agentic-setup-fulfiller-agent-configure), or CMDB CRUD.
forcedotcom/service-itsm-agentic-setup-agentforce-studio-validate
Enable the Agentforce for IT Service Salesforce Go feature toggles (Agentforce Studio, Einstein Generative AI, the parent umbrella, and the Fulfiller/Employee agent templates) using the Salesforce CLI (sf). Turns ON org prefs via the Setup Discovery feature/{apiName}/enable Connect API route. Write-capable, idempotent, dependency-ordered, confirm-to-write required. Use when asked to enable Agentforce Studio, turn on Agentforce for IT Service, enable Einstein generative AI, or configure the org-level Agentforce for IT Service prerequisites. Triggers: enable agentforce studio, turn on agentforce for it service, enable einstein generative ai, configure agentforce org prefs. DO NOT TRIGGER: read-only prerequisite check (service-itsm-agentic-setup-agentforce-studio-validate), create/activate an agent (service-itsm-agentic-setup-fulfiller-agent-configure), or assigning permission sets.
forcedotcom/service-itsm-agentic-setup-agentforce-studio-configure
Orchestrator for setting up Agentforce in Salesforce Service Cloud ITSM — Agentforce Studio enablement, the IT Service Fulfiller agent, the IT Service Employee agent, specialized employee agents, and human escalation. Use when the user asks to set up Agentforce for ITSM, enable Studio and the Fulfiller/Employee agents together, configure employee-agent escalation, wants a guided Agentforce ITSM walkthrough, or asks what Agentforce features are available for IT Service. Presents available Agentforce capabilities and delegates each selection to a specialized child skill while tracking progress. Triggers on: set up agentforce for itsm, configure agentforce studio and fulfiller, agentforce itsm walkthrough, what agentforce features for it service. DO NOT TRIGGER when: the user asks to enable Agentforce Studio alone, asks to create or activate the Fulfiller or Employee agent alone, asks to configure escalation alone, or asks about CMDB, Incident Management, Teams, or general ITSM setup without Agentforce intent.
forcedotcom/service-itsm-agentic-setup-agentforce-coordinate
Grant a user the runtime permissions an activated ITSM agent's actions need so the actions do not fail on permission errors. After a Fulfiller or Employee agent is activated, this skill detects which platform feature permission sets are provisioned (Prompt Templates, Data Cloud, Unified Catalog), lets you pick a tier (user/agent vs admin) per feature and which user(s) to assign, then assigns them (license first when license-gated). It also creates a custom "Agent Access" permission set granting the activated agents you choose and assigns it to the user — all via the Salesforce CLI. Use to grant a user access to an activated agent, to assign prompt-template, data-cloud, or unified-catalog access, or to create an Agent Access permission set. DO NOT TRIGGER for enabling Agentforce for IT Service toggles, creating or activating an agent, the Fulfiller activation action-surfacing gap (service-itsm-agentic-setup-itsm-agentforce-permset-assign), CMDB access, or generic permission-set assignment.
forcedotcom/service-itsm-agentic-setup-agent-runtime-access-assign
Use to set up, configure, ground, or go live with a Salesforce Help Agent (an Agentforce Service Agent in Service Cloud) via a guided four-checkpoint flow. Use whenever a user says any of: set up / create / build / add a help agent, service agent, or support chat agent; add or embed a chat widget on a website or Experience Cloud / LWR site; put a help agent on a channel (web chat, voice, phone, help portal); ground a help agent on Salesforce Knowledge; or wants an AI to answer customer questions, manage support cases, and escalate to a human. The right skill even when the request names only one part or references help-agent-spec.md or the Agentforce Quick Setup wizard. DO NOT TRIGGER when authoring a brand-new agent with no Help Agent lineage (use agentforce-generate), configuring OAuth/ECAs (use integration-connectivity-connected-app-configure), or only deploying metadata (use platform-metadata-deploy).
forcedotcom/service-helpagent-coordinate
Use to configure Salesforce Email-to-Case headlessly via the Metadata API. Reads CaseSettings, applies the emailToCase config with updateMetadata, and verifies by re-reading. Also the entry point for attaching an Agentforce agent to Email-to-Case: configures the E2C base, then delegates agent creation and channel wiring. TRIGGER on set up/configure Email-to-Case, enable E2C routing addresses, add a routing address, or E2C with an Agentforce agent. DO NOT TRIGGER for the interactive Easy Setup wizard, On-Demand E2C only, general Case/web-to-case setup, or an agent with no E2C involved.
forcedotcom/service-email-to-case-configure
Integrates a Messaging for In-App and Web (MIAW) Embedded Messaging chat widget into an Experience Cloud site by patching the site's LWR or Aura page bundle, deploying, publishing, and verifying guest access. Use when the user wants to embed messaging on an Experience site, add a chat widget to a community, place the Embedded Messaging component on an LWR or Aura page, wire an embedded service deployment to a site, references the retrieved bundle artifacts (`content.json`, `homeGuestLayout.json`, or a `*.site-meta.xml` file), or automates the retrieve/patch-JSON/deploy/publish flow instead of clicking through Experience Builder. DO NOT TRIGGER when creating the messaging channel (use service-digital-engagement-channel-configure), when creating or updating the EmbeddedServiceConfig deployment (use service-digital-engagement-deployment-configure), or when generating a standalone JavaScript snippet for a non-Experience website.
forcedotcom/service-digital-engagement-messaging-site-integrate
Configures Embedded Messaging Deployments for Messaging for In-App and Web (MIAW). Use when the user needs to create a new embedded messaging deployment from scratch using Connect API with defaults, or update an existing deployment's settings using Metadata API. Produces Connect API request payloads for new deployments and EmbeddedServiceConfig metadata XML for updates. TRIGGER when the user mentions embedded messaging deployment, embedded service deployment, MIAW deployment, messaging widget setup, chat widget configuration, embedded chat deployment, or references a .EmbeddedServiceConfig-meta.xml file. DO NOT TRIGGER when the user is creating a messaging channel (use service-digital-engagement-channel-configure), configuring legacy Live Agent embedded service, or generating the JavaScript code snippet for website embedding.
forcedotcom/service-digital-engagement-deployment-configure
Configures and deploys enhanced chat Messaging Channels for Messaging for In-App and Web (MIAW). Use when the user needs to create, deploy, and activate a messaging channel configured with Omni-Channel Flow, Omni-Channel Queue, User, or Agentforce Service Agent routing. Generates MessagingChannel metadata, deploys it to the target org, and activates the channel with User Verification, pre-chat forms, automated responses, consent settings, and all customizable channel options via Metadata API. TRIGGER when the user mentions messaging channel, MIAW, enhanced chat, in-app messaging, web messaging setup, or references a .messagingChannel-meta.xml file. DO NOT TRIGGER when the user is configuring legacy Live Agent chat, Embedded Service deployments without messaging, or standard Omni-Channel routing rules without a messaging channel.
forcedotcom/service-digital-engagement-channel-configure
Confirm the customer's WhatsApp Business Account is shared with Salesforce on Meta's side. TRIGGER when the user asks to link, share, or confirm sharing of a WhatsApp Business Account with Salesforce, or to verify Salesforce appears in the WABA's Partners list. Pure instruction + one user-confirmation prompt — no API calls, no token handling. Sharing happens in Meta Business Suite (UI-only; Meta has no Graph endpoint for this). Renders step-by-step instructions with Salesforce's Business Manager ID substituted in, then asks the user to confirm whether "Salesforce" appears in the WABA's Partners list. DO NOT TRIGGER when the user needs full end-to-end WhatsApp setup (use `service-de-headless-channel-configure`) or to insert the channel record itself (use `service-de-channel-create`).
forcedotcom/service-de-waba-integrate
Top-level orchestrator: given a messaging channel type and its inputs, produces an activated Enhanced `MessagingChannel` in the target org — without the Meta/LINE/Apple setup popups. Prompts for `{MESSAGE_TYPE}` if not supplied, then sequences insert → route → consent → activate via the type-agnostic dispatcher (`service-de-channel-create`) plus the shared routing/consent/activation leaves. Resumes from partial state on re-run. Use to set up an Enhanced channel (WhatsApp, Facebook, LINE, Apple, SMS) end-to-end, bypassing in-org setup popups. Do not use for a single stage of an already-inserted channel — use the matching leaf skill (`service-de-channel-activate`, `service-de-channel-settings-configure`, `service-de-channel-routing-configure`) instead.
forcedotcom/service-de-headless-channel-configure
Configure settings on an already-existing Enhanced `MessagingChannel` (any type — WhatsApp, Text/SMS, LINE, Apple, Facebook, EmbeddedMessaging), given its `{CHANNEL_ID}`. Covers five facets: consent (ConsentType + per-language keyword records), automated responses, messaging keywords, session-inactivity timeouts, and pre-chat parameters. Consent + a matching language-keyword record are required for activation's readiness check. TRIGGER when setting or changing settings on a channel that already exists (opt-out keyword, consent type, double opt-in confirmation, initial/help auto-responses, OptIn/OptOut keywords, session-inactivity timeout) — typically between insertion/routing and activation, or on a live channel. DO NOT TRIGGER for creating a new channel (`service-de-channel-create`), deploying a MIAW/EmbeddedMessaging channel from metadata XML (`service-digital-engagement-channel-configure`), setting routing (`service-de-channel-routing-configure`), or activating a channel (`service-de-channel-activate`).
forcedotcom/service-de-channel-settings-configure
Configure routing on a newly-inserted Enhanced `MessagingChannel` so activation will accept it. Given a `{CHANNEL_ID}`, walks through picking a routing type (Omni-Channel Queue, Omni-Flow, Agentforce Service Agent, Digital Worker, or direct User), locates or provisions the target, then PATCHes `SessionHandlerId` (plus `FallbackQueueId` where required). Use between insertion and activation — activation fails server-side with `nullQueueId`/`LiveMessageSetupException` if no valid `SessionHandlerId` is set. Do not use for full end-to-end setup — use `service-de-headless-channel-configure`.
forcedotcom/service-de-channel-routing-configure
**INTERNAL USE ONLY — invoked by `service-de-headless-channel-configure`.** Insert an Enhanced messaging `MessagingChannel` (plus child `MessagingChannelUsage` as a free side-effect) of any type — WhatsApp, LINE, Apple Business Chat, Facebook, or SMS. Given a `{MESSAGE_TYPE}` and its inputs, runs the shared preflight → Connect-insert → verify flow, branching only where a type differs. Uses `POST /services/data/v{V}/connect/livemessage/channels` — no Aura session, no shell-stored token. **Invoke `service-de-headless-channel-configure` instead** — it handles insert → route → activate in one flow; replaces the four former per-type creation skills.
forcedotcom/service-de-channel-create
Configure consent (opt-in/opt-out) on an Enhanced `MessagingChannel` so activation will accept it. Given a `{CHANNEL_ID}`, sets the channel's `ConsentType` (ImplicitOptIn / ExplicitOptIn / DoubleOptIn) and the `OptInPrompt` / `DoubleOptInPrompt` prompt fields, then creates or updates one `MsgChannelLanguageKeyword` record per language holding the opt-in / double-opt-in / opt-out / help / custom keywords and confirmation messages. Use between channel insertion and activation — activation fails the consent-readiness check unless a valid ConsentType and at least one matching language-keyword record exist.
forcedotcom/service-de-channel-consent-configure
Activate an Enhanced `MessagingChannel` (WhatsApp/Apple/Facebook/SMS/RCS) by PATCHing `MessagingChannelUsage.DeploymentStatus` from `Disabled` to `Provisioning` via the REST sobject endpoint. The UDD save-hook dispatches by `MessageType` for the external callout (`WHATS_APP`→Meta `/register`, `FACEBOOK`→`subscribeFacebookPage`, `TEXT`→`registerCsotSms`; Apple/LINE need none), writes the terminal `Active`/`Error`, and flips `IsActive`. Synchronous on the HTTP response — WhatsApp returns 204 after Meta confirms (~15-21s); no-callout channels are near-instant. No Aura RPC, no CSRF cookies. Use to activate an already-inserted Enhanced channel headlessly via REST. Do not use for full end-to-end setup — use `service-de-headless-channel-configure`.
forcedotcom/service-de-channel-activate
Deploys an Agentforce Concierge portal on an LWR Experience Cloud site: provisions the site, configures Concierge components, sets up branding, wires the agent, enables guest access, and publishes. Use when the user wants to stand up a Help Portal / Agentforce Concierge portal — standalone or as the channel step in a Help Agent setup. Requires an existing, active Agentforce Service Agent on the org. DO NOT TRIGGER when the user only wants to embed a chat widget on an existing site (use service-digital-engagement-deployment-configure instead).
forcedotcom/service-concierge-portal-generate
Single entry point for the Unified Catalog Service Process lifecycle in Salesforce — find and deploy Service Process templates, create a Service Process from scratch, activate one, or organize it under a catalog category. It discovers the platform's own guided setup recipe for the requested operation and follows its live steps, so results and safeguards always match the org. Use when a business user wants to work with Unified Catalog or Service Process templates, find or browse templates, deploy or install a named template, set one up end to end, activate a Service Process, or add, file, or place a Service Process under a catalog or category. Triggers on: set up Unified Catalog templates, find a Service Process template, deploy the X template, activate a service process, add a service process to a catalog. DO NOT TRIGGER when the request concerns Data Cloud data kits, CRM Analytics, or App Framework catalogs rather than Unified Catalog Service Processes.
forcedotcom/service-catalog-template-coordinate
Use to configure and verify Agentforce agent-to-human escalation, including human handoff, a staffed fallback queue, and failure-threshold directives. Triggers: configure agent escalation, escalate to a human agent, agent handoff to a queue, configure a human escalation queue, set an Agentforce fallback handoff. Do not use to create an agent or configure inbound channel routing; use service-agentforce-channel-configure for inbound routing.
forcedotcom/service-agentforce-human-escalation-configure
Coordinates end-to-end setup of an Agentforce Contact Center voice channel: gathers country and phone-number-type selections, procures a chosen number, resolves its CommunicationChannelLine, verifies the number is live, and creates an active PstnVoice MessagingChannel. The user picks the routing model: Omni Queue (route to the contact center queue) or Omni Flow (route to an Agentforce agent, creating or reusing the agent plus its routing flows). Use when the user asks to set up an Agentforce Contact Center, provision a contact center phone number and voice channel together, or put an Agentforce agent on native voice. TRIGGER when the user says set up agentforce contact center, configure contact center voice, or create a voice channel with omni flow and an agentforce agent. DO NOT TRIGGER when only wiring an existing channel to an existing agent with no number to procure, or creating a non-voice messaging channel.
forcedotcom/service-agentforce-contact-center-coordinate
Wires an existing, active Agentforce agent to a channel by resolving a fallback queue, setting up inbound routing (either PATCH SessionHandlerId on the MessagingChannel, or an inbound RoutingFlow for Voice/Email), and optionally configuring outbound escalation. Use when the user wants to add a channel to an existing agent, connect an agent to a messaging or voice channel, route Voice or Email-to-Case to an Agentforce agent, or set up a fallback queue for an agent channel. Also applies to an existing Help Agent. The channel infrastructure must already exist — this skill adds routing. DO NOT TRIGGER when the agent does not yet exist or still needs Help Agent setup (use agentforce-generate or service-helpagent-coordinate), when setting up Email-to-Case with an agent end-to-end (use service-email-to-case-configure), when creating the MessagingChannel itself (use service-digital-engagement-channel-configure), or when creating an Embedded Service Deployment (use service-digital-engagement-deployment-configure).
forcedotcom/service-agentforce-channel-configure
Configure, set up, or repair AI Call Scoring (a.k.a. Call Coaching / Coaching Competencies) on an ECI-enabled Salesforce org. Flips ECICallScoringEnabled via SOAP Metadata API, enables Einstein Generative AI Platform if off, and manages Coaching Competency records (EnablementCompetencyDef Tooling API): install the 6 OOTB set, the 7 Momentum best-practice prompts, or conversationally author/edit/activate/deactivate custom competencies (8-active + 16000/255-char caps). TRIGGER when: user wants to turn on AI Call Scoring or Call Coaching, install OOTB or best-practice competencies, create/edit custom competencies, re-enable after sandbox refresh, or verify/repair partial Call Coaching setup on a 68+ ECI org. DO NOT TRIGGER when: no ECI license (direct to Agentforce for Sales), user wants to enable ECI/Momentum themselves (out of scope — Setup), Pipeline Management (use sales-agentforce-pipeline-management-configure), or custom agent (use agentforce-generate).
forcedotcom/sales-call-scoring-configure
Use to configure, set up, or repair the Sales Management agent and Agentforce Pipeline Management in a Salesforce org. Automates metadata creation for flows, prompt templates, permission sets, and data source configuration. TRIGGER when: user wants to enable Pipeline Management, configure Sales pipeline features, set up the Sales Management agent for opportunity field updates (including autonomous updates), connect enabled data sources like Einstein Conversation Insights or Einstein Activity Capture, customize opportunity stage descriptions, configure post-meeting suggestions, verify or audit configuration status, fix partially configured orgs, or troubleshoot Pipeline Management metadata issues. DO NOT TRIGGER when: user wants to build a custom agent (use agentforce-generate), configure general Agentforce tracing (use platform-tracing-agentforce-configure), work with non-Sales agents, or enable Einstein Conversation Insights or Einstein Activity Capture from scratch (provisioning is out of scope).
forcedotcom/sales-agentforce-pipeline-management-configure
Use this skill to author a complete HXL WidgetBundle (UEM body + schema.json + -meta.xml). TRIGGER when: user asks for a widget, mosaic, fragment, card, or rich UI surface for any subject, domain, feature, or entity noun; the prompt names only an entity or data shape without invoking Lightning Types, CLTs, or Apex-backed types. DO NOT TRIGGER when: the prompt explicitly says 'Lightning Type', 'CLT', 'Custom Lightning Type', 'Apex-backed type', or references '@apexClassType/...' (use platform-lightning-type-widget-coordinate); authoring a custom-LWC renderer for a Custom Lightning Type (use platform-custom-lightning-type-generate); or editing only an LWC component.
forcedotcom/platform-widget-generate
Use to create, generate, or validate a Salesforce GlobalValueSet (reusable picklist shared across fields) or customize a StandardValueSet (built-in picklists like Industry, Lead Source, Opportunity Stage). Trigger on global/standard value set, reusable picklist, .globalValueSet-meta.xml or .standardValueSet-meta.xml, or deploy errors adding values to a standard picklist. DO NOT TRIGGER for a one-off inline picklist on a single field with no reuse — use platform-custom-field-generate.
forcedotcom/platform-value-set-generate
Use this skill when users need to create, modify, or validate Salesforce Validation Rules. Trigger when users mention validation rules, field validation, data quality rules, formula validation, error messages, or validation logic. Also use when users encounter validation errors, need to update formulas, or want to enforce business rules at the data layer. Always use this skill for any validation rule work.
forcedotcom/platform-validation-rule-generate
ALWAYS USE THIS SKILL for anything involving Salesforce Archive (also called Trusted Services Archive) — search, view, unarchive, analyze, mask, and erase (RTBF) archived records via the Archive Connect API, and reading archive job status from the ArchiveActivity object. TRIGGER when: user mentions Salesforce Archive, Trusted Services Archive, archive/unarchive records, ArchiveActivity, archive jobs, archive policy, archive analyzer, archived record search, archive storage, archive failure logs, right to be forgotten / RTBF on archived data, or masking archived PII — including phrasings like 'find records that were archived', 'restore archived data', 'why did the archive job fail', 'download the archive failure log', or 'monitor my archive jobs', AND even when they ask you to explain, give guidance, or write a runbook/doc about these topics rather than run code. SKIP when: the user wants generic data-export/backup unrelated to the Archive add-on, or wants to build the archive policy UI metadata.
forcedotcom/platform-trust-archive-manage
Use this skill to create a Salesforce trial, developer, or Trialforce org against an already-authenticated host org, the same way a developer/Trialforce web signup form provisions one. INVOKE when the user asks to: create a trial org, sign up a new trial or developer org, provision a Trialforce org from a template, or check the status of a trial-org signup they started. Trigger phrases: 'create a trial org', 'sign up a trial org', 'spin up a dev org', 'Trialforce signup', 'provision trial from template', 'check my trial org signup status'. Do NOT use for scratch orgs (use dx-org-manage) or for checking trial expiration dates of existing orgs (use dx-org-trial-expiration-check).

Generate EventSettings metadata to enable or disable Platform Tracing (TraceSpanEvent publishing) in Event Monitoring. Use this skill for any EventSettings enablePlatformTracing metadata work. TRIGGER when: user mentions Platform Tracing, TraceSpanEvent, enable tracing in Event Monitoring Settings, event monitoring tracing toggle, enablePlatformTracing, .settings-meta.xml for Event settings tracing, turn on trace span events, or stop publishing trace spans. DO NOT TRIGGER when: user wants Agentforce agent tracing to Data Cloud (use platform-tracing-agentforce-configure), wants Event Log Files or ELF generation, wants Change Data Capture (use integration-eventing-cdc-configure), or wants ManagedEventSubscription (use integration-eventing-subscription-configure).
forcedotcom/platform-tracing-configure
Generate AgentforcePlatformTracingSettings metadata to enable or disable Agentforce agent execution trace spans flowing to Data Cloud. Use this skill for any AgentforcePlatformTracingSettings metadata work. TRIGGER when: user mentions Agentforce tracing, agent trace spans, Data Cloud tracing, AgentforcePlatformTracingSettings, platform observability tracing, enable agent tracing, wants agent execution spans in Data Cloud, mentions .settings-meta.xml for AgentforcePlatformTracing, or asks about enabling observability for Agentforce agents. DO NOT TRIGGER when: user wants Platform Tracing for TraceSpanEvent (use platform-tracing-configure), wants to query or analyze existing agent trace data in Data Cloud (use agentforce-observe), wants Event Log Files or ELF configuration, wants Change Data Capture (use integration-eventing-cdc-configure), or wants ManagedEventSubscription (use integration-eventing-subscription-configure).
forcedotcom/platform-tracing-agentforce-configure
Use when the user needs SOQL/SOSL authoring or optimization: natural-language-to-query generation, relationship queries, aggregates, query-plan/selectivity analysis, and performance or safety improvements. TRIGGER when the user writes, optimizes, or debugs SOQL/SOSL, touches .soql files, or asks about relationship queries, aggregates, or query performance. DO NOT TRIGGER for bulk data operations (use platform-data-manage), Apex DML logic (use platform-apex-generate), or report/dashboard queries.
forcedotcom/platform-soql-query
Use when users get, create, edit, delete, or retrieve Salesforce Sharing Rules metadata for record-level access. TRIGGER on sharing rules, record/criteria-based/role-based/guest-user sharing, sharingCriteriaRules/sharingOwnerRules/sharingGuestRules, .sharingRules-meta.xml files, or sharing records with roles or groups, including viewing or modifying existing rules. DO NOT TRIGGER for permission sets/profiles or object-level (not record-level) security (use platform-permission-set-generate).
forcedotcom/platform-sharing-rules-generate
Use when the user wants to retrieve or update Organization-Wide Default (OWD) sharing settings for Salesforce objects. TRIGGER on org-wide defaults, checking/viewing sharing defaults, changing default access levels (Private, Public Read Only, Public Read/Write, Controlled by Parent), internal/external access for standard or custom objects, making records private, or sharingModel in .object-meta.xml files. DO NOT TRIGGER for sharing rules, criteria-based sharing, role hierarchy, or manual sharing — delegate to platform-sharing-rules-generate.
forcedotcom/platform-sharing-owd-configure
MUST USE this skill for ANY sandbox request — including simply getting a sandbox's details, status, license type, or pending-activation state by name or ID. TRIGGER when the user: types "sandbox -help"/"sandbox help"; mentions a sandbox ID (07E prefix); asks to list or show sandboxes; asks for the details, status, license type, or config of a sandbox by name or ID; activates or discards a completed refresh; deletes a sandbox; verifies activation or deletion; creates or refreshes a sandbox. DO NOT TRIGGER when: the user wants to clone a sandbox.
forcedotcom/platform-sandbox-configure
Custom Apex adapter generation for Salesforce Connect — connects any external REST API to Salesforce as live, queryable External Objects without ETL or copying. TRIGGER when: connecting a non-standard external API, writing a DataSource.Provider/Connection or a `.cls`/`.cls-meta.xml` custom adapter class, adding a `.namedCredential-meta.xml` for the adapter's callout, surfacing external data as records, "custom adapter", "ExternalId field", "DataSource namespace", or whether custom Apex fits. DO NOT TRIGGER when: a standard adapter is already configured (OData, Snowflake), for copy/bulk-sync (use platform-data-manage), or for Apex callouts outside Connect (use platform-apex-generate or integration-connectivity-generate).
forcedotcom/platform-salesforce-connect-adapter-generate
Use when users create, generate, or validate Salesforce Lightning Report metadata (.report-meta.xml) — tabular, summary, matrix, or joined reports with columns, groupings, filters, charts, cross-filters, buckets, formulas, or time-frame filters. Triggers on "create a report", "build a report", "add a chart", or .report-meta.xml deploy errors. Do NOT trigger for Custom Report Type metadata (use platform-custom-report-type-generate), dashboards, list views, running reports in the UI, or SOQL.
forcedotcom/platform-report-generate
Deploy validated metadata to a Production Salesforce org without re-running tests. TRIGGER when the user wants to deploy to production, says 'quick deploy', 'promote', 'ship to prod', or has just validated and wants to push the change live. REQUIRES a recent `sf project deploy validate` job ID (≤10 days old, ≤3 days for --use-most-recent). DO NOT TRIGGER for sandbox/scratch deploys (use platform-metadata-deploy) or unvalidated deploys (use platform-deploy-validate first).
forcedotcom/platform-quick-deploy
Use this skill when authoring PolicyRuleDefinition and PolicyRuleDefinitionSet metadata XML for Salesforce Data Cloud governance policies, or when editing *.policyRuleDefinition / *.policyRuleDefinitionSet files. Covers the category decision tree, full schema for all policy variants (ACCESS, GOVERNANCE, RECORD, TRANSFORM), UI-compatibility rules for the Data Governance Policy Builder, output hygiene for user-facing agent responses, and validation guardrails. Do NOT use this skill for UserAccessPolicy, AccessPolicy, SharingRules, PermissionSet, or any other access-control metadata type — those have their own types and live outside the PolicyRuleDefinition schema.
forcedotcom/platform-policy-rule-generate
Generates correct, deployable Salesforce permission set metadata (PermissionSet XML) with object, field, user, and app permissions. Use this skill when creating or editing permission set metadata, object permissions, field-level security (FLS), tab visibility, or deploying permission sets.
forcedotcom/platform-permission-set-generate
Configure (or troubleshoot) an AI coding agent or CLI to route through the Salesforce Models API using a signed OrgJWT. Use this skill when pointing an agent at the Salesforce model endpoint (api.salesforce.com/ai/gpt/v1), setting up OrgJWT / Bedrock-mode auth, wiring the agent's settings, API-key helper, and credentials file for the Salesforce endpoint, or fixing Models API 401 / 404 / "model not available" errors. DO NOT TRIGGER when the user needs to create or configure the Salesforce Connected App itself (use integration-connectivity-connected-app-configure) or set up Named Credentials / callout auth (use integration-connectivity-generate).
forcedotcom/platform-models-api-configure
ALWAYS USE THIS SKILL to retrieve metadata from an org to your local project with sf project retrieve start. Supports retrieval by all changes, source directory, metadata type (wildcards), manifest (package.xml), or package name, in source or metadata (ZIP) format. Use when the user asks to retrieve, pull, sync, or download metadata, Apex classes, or custom objects. DO NOT TRIGGER for deploying metadata (use platform-metadata-deploy), listing metadata, or generating a package.xml (use platform-manifest-generate). NEVER use MCP tools.
forcedotcom/platform-metadata-retrieve
Salesforce DevOps automation using sf CLI v2. TRIGGER when: user deploys metadata, creates/manages scratch orgs or sandboxes, sets up CI/CD pipelines, or troubleshoots deployment errors with sf project deploy. DO NOT TRIGGER when: writing Apex code (use platform-apex-generate), building LWC components (use experience-lwc-generate), creating metadata definitions (use platform-custom-object-generate or platform-custom-field-generate), or querying org data (use platform-data-manage).
forcedotcom/platform-metadata-deploy
REQUIRED companion for Salesforce metadata generation — load this schema/API-context skill in the SAME turn as ANY metadata generator (if you load a generator, you ALSO load this). Use whenever you create, generate, edit, or author metadata or a *-meta.xml file (custom object, field, flow, and 604 Metadata API types): it gives authoritative schema, required flags, and XML structure so files deploy cleanly. Trigger on *-meta.xml, metadata schema, api context. DO NOT use for SOQL, DML, runtime sObject access, or Tooling API records.
forcedotcom/platform-metadata-api-context-get
Orchestrate object-based Lightning Type + HXL widget generation to render the output of a custom MCP server tool backed by an Apex Invocable Action. TRIGGER only when the prompt EXPLICITLY involves rendering an MCP tool result: user says 'MCP server', 'MCP tool', 'custom MCP server', references a tool 'output schema' / 'tool output' / 'outputValues' envelope, names an 'invocable action' backing an MCP tool, or asks to build a widget or rich UI rendition for the output of an Apex-invocable-backed MCP tool. DO NOT TRIGGER when: customizing an Apex-backed agent action output (use platform-lightning-type-widget-coordinate), authoring only a Custom Lightning Type (use platform-custom-lightning-type-generate), authoring only an Apex class (use platform-apex-generate), or building a standalone widget with no Lightning Type or MCP tool involved (use platform-widget-generate).
forcedotcom/platform-mcp-tool-widget-coordinate
Use to generate a package.xml (and optionally destructiveChanges.xml / Pre / Post) from a source dir, a component list, or org introspection. Trigger on 'generate a package.xml from this folder', 'create a manifest for these classes', 'I need a deploy manifest', or 'destructiveChanges.xml for deletions'. Encodes wildcard-vs-explicit-member rules per metadata type. DO NOT TRIGGER to deploy (platform-metadata-deploy), delete (platform-destructive-deploy), or retrieve (platform-metadata-retrieve).
forcedotcom/platform-manifest-generate
Reference/contract for the Salesforce LSP MCP tools and unavailability handling. Use when asking how to use the LSP, which tools exist, what apex.diagnostics / validate_soql / complete_soql do, why a tool errors with lsp_disabled, no_apex_workspace, or no_org_connected, or how to debug/disable it. DO NOT TRIGGER for editing Apex/LWC/metadata (platform-apex-generate), deploys (platform-metadata-deploy), or SOQL authoring (platform-soql-query); scoped to LSP-layer/MCP-tool questions only.
forcedotcom/platform-lsp-integrate
Use this skill when users need to create, generate, or validate Salesforce List View metadata. Trigger when users mention list views, filtered record lists, creating views, setting up record columns, filtering records by criteria, or ask about list view visibility. Also use when users say things like "I need a view that shows...", "filter records by...", "create a list view for...", or when they're working with ListView XML files and need validation or troubleshooting.
forcedotcom/platform-list-view-generate
Orchestrate Apex-backed Lightning Type + HXL widget generation. TRIGGER only when the prompt EXPLICITLY invokes Lightning Types: user says 'Lightning Type', 'CLT', 'Custom Lightning Type', 'Apex-backed type', references '@apexClassType/...', asks to build a widget or card for a named Lightning Type, asks to create a new Lightning Type and widget together, or grounds a widget in a specific Apex class as its schema. DO NOT TRIGGER when the prompt names only a subject, domain, feature, or entity noun. Also DO NOT TRIGGER when: authoring only a Custom Lightning Type (use platform-custom-lightning-type-generate), only an Apex class (use platform-apex-generate), editing an existing widget without any Lightning Type change, or grounding a widget on an object/JSON-based Lightning Type (lightning__objectType with primitives).
forcedotcom/platform-lightning-type-widget-coordinate
Build complete Salesforce Lightning Experience applications from natural language descriptions. Use this skill when a user requests a "complete app", "Lightning app", "business solution", "management system", or describes a scenario requiring multiple interconnected Salesforce components (objects, fields, pages, tabs, security). Orchestrates all required metadata types in proper dependency order to produce a deployable application.
forcedotcom/platform-lightning-app-coordinate
Use when users create, generate, modify, or validate Salesforce Lightning pages (FlexiPages). Trigger on RecordPage, AppPage, HomePage, Lightning pages, adding components to a page, page customization (e.g. 'customize the record page'), or .flexipage-meta.xml files (regions, components, deployment errors). DO NOT TRIGGER for Visualforce pages, page layout assignments in the UI, UI Bundle/Experience Cloud site pages, or Aura/Lightning Web Component development without FlexiPage context.
forcedotcom/platform-flexipage-generate
Validate and configure the local Salesforce development environment. Runs a prerequisite scan across required tools with per-tool status and offers to install or update missing items. Use when the user asks to 'check my setup', 'validate tools', 'verify prerequisites', 'am I set up correctly', or reports a tool is missing or not working. DO NOT TRIGGER for org auth (/salesforce-development:login), deployment problems (platform-metadata-deploy), or status checks (/salesforce-development:status).
forcedotcom/platform-environment-validate
Configure Salesforce Shield Platform Encryption — generate deployable encryption settings and encrypted-field metadata, and answer key-model and lifecycle questions. TRIGGER when: user wants to turn on deterministic encryption, encrypt a field, set up Cache-Only Keys, External Key Management, or replay detection, or mentions Shield Platform Encryption, encryption at rest, deterministic vs probabilistic encryption, encryptionScheme, PlatformEncryptionSettings, EncryptionKeySettings, BYOK, BYOKMS, tenant secrets, key rotation, or .settings-meta.xml / .field-meta.xml for encryption — even when they don't say 'Shield'. SKIP when: user needs a generic custom field with no encryption (use platform-custom-field-generate), needs the raw Metadata API type reference (use platform-metadata-api-context-get), or asks about Classic Encryption (encrypted text fields), which is a different feature. Use this skill for any Platform Encryption configuration, field-encryption, or key-model question.
forcedotcom/platform-encryption-configure
Configure, run, and audit DsarPolicy Right-to-Portability exports end to end: author the data map over a subject's related records, resolve a request's subject (email/name/id) to a root-entity record, run an export against an ACTIVE policy (poll a couple of times, then ask before continuing; download once terminal), and read run history. Use when the user needs to set up, edit, execute, or inspect a DsarPolicy or Right-to-Portability (RTP) export, or audit which personal data a policy does not cover yet. TRIGGER when: the user configures a DsarPolicy or RTP data map, authors DsarPolicyPath or DsarPolicyField metadata, runs or exports a subject's portable data, downloads an RTP export file, reviews DsarPolicy run history, or asks what personal data the policy does not cover yet (coverage gap analysis). DO NOT TRIGGER when: the user wants to erase, delete, or remove a subject's records (RTP is portability export, not erasure — this skill deletes nothing), mask sandbox PII, or deploy unrelated metadata.
forcedotcom/platform-dsar-policy-manage
Official Salesforce documentation retrieval skill. Use when you need authoritative Salesforce docs from developer.salesforce.com, help.salesforce.com, architect.salesforce.com, admin.salesforce.com, or lightningdesignsystem.com, especially when pages are JS-heavy, shell-rendered, or hard to extract with naive fetching. Use to ground answers in official Salesforce sources instead of third-party blogs or summaries. TRIGGER when: user asks for official Salesforce documentation, Apex or API reference, LWC docs, Agentforce docs, setup or help articles, or any doc from a Salesforce-owned domain. DO NOT TRIGGER when: user is asking for a code change, deployment task, or anything not requiring documentation retrieval — use the appropriate sf-* skill instead.
forcedotcom/platform-docs-get
Execute the destructiveChanges.xml delete-and-deploy workflow against a Salesforce org. TRIGGER when the user asks to delete/remove a custom object, field, Apex class, flow, or any metadata component FROM an org, or to perform a 'destructive deploy' / removal as part of a release. Validates first and gates production with explicit confirmation. DO NOT TRIGGER for local file deletion (use Bash), or for net-new deploys (use platform-metadata-deploy).
forcedotcom/platform-destructive-deploy
Validate Salesforce metadata before deploying. TRIGGER when the user asks to validate a deploy, do a dry-run, check before deploying, or targets a Production org for any deploy operation. Routes prod targets to `sf project deploy validate` (returns a 10-day quick-deploy job ID) and sandbox/scratch targets to `sf project deploy start --dry-run`. DO NOT TRIGGER for actual deploys (use platform-metadata-deploy) or destructive changes (use platform-destructive-deploy).
forcedotcom/platform-deploy-validate
Use this skill to configure or inspect Salesforce Data Cloud DataSpace access for permission sets. Grants dataspace-level access via MDAPI PermissionSet XML with dataspaceScopes elements, optionally grants object-level access to DMO, DLO, or CIO objects via the Object Access Grants Connect API, and inspects existing scopes via read-only PermissionSet metadata retrieval. TRIGGER when: user needs to create or update a permission set with DataSpace access, grant access to a specific dataspace, list permission sets with access to a DataSpace, configure dataAccessLevel/objectAccessLevel, add RBAC object access grants, or list/remove object access grants for a permission set + DataSpace pair. DO NOT TRIGGER when: the task is a generic permission set without dataspace access (use platform-permission-set-generate), the request is about data ingestion/streams, or the work involves creating dataspaces themselves rather than granting access to them.
forcedotcom/platform-dataspace-access-configure
Data Mask end-to-end operation on a sandbox: configure a masking policy over PII, run the masking job, poll it to completion, report masked-record results, and abort an in-progress run. Use when the user needs to run, monitor, or cancel a Salesforce Data Mask job, mask PII/sandbox data, or work with DataMaskPolicy / DataMaskPolicyJobRun. TRIGGER when: user runs a data mask job, masks sandbox PII, polls masking status, reports masked records, or aborts a running mask. DO NOT TRIGGER when: writing anonymization Apex by hand (use platform-apex-generate), generating test data (use platform-data-manage), or deploying unrelated metadata (use platform-metadata-deploy).
forcedotcom/platform-datamask-run
Salesforce data operations with 130-point scoring. Use to create, update, delete, bulk import/export, generate test data, and clean up org records via sf CLI and anonymous Apex. TRIGGER on creating test data, bulk import/export, sf data CLI commands, data-factory patterns for Apex tests, or seeding/cleaning org records. DO NOT TRIGGER for SOQL query writing only (use platform-soql-query), Apex test execution (use platform-apex-test-run), or metadata deployment (use platform-metadata-deploy).
forcedotcom/platform-data-manage
Authoritative field/schema reference for 2130 STANDARD Salesforce objects — sObject and Tooling field API names, types, properties (filterable/sortable/groupable/updateable), and relationships for Account, Contact, Opportunity, Lead, Case, ApexClass, and more. Load alongside a SOQL/Apex skill when fields/types/capabilities are unverified — not for query syntax or optimization alone. TRIGGER when verifying/debugging fields in a SOQL/SOSL query or DML against a standard object. Custom __c objects/fields are NOT covered — describe the live org (sf sobject describe). DO NOT TRIGGER for authoring/deploying *-meta.xml or sfdx source (use the Metadata API skill).
forcedotcom/platform-data-and-tooling-api-context-get
Use this skill when users need to create or configure Salesforce Custom Tabs. Trigger when users mention tabs, navigation tabs, object tabs, web tabs, Visualforce tabs, Lightning component tabs, app page tabs, or tab configuration. Also use when users want to add navigation to custom objects, create tabs for external content, or set up Lightning page tabs. Always use this skill for any custom tab work.
forcedotcom/platform-custom-tab-generate
Use to create, generate, or validate Salesforce Custom Setting metadata. Trigger on custom settings (hierarchy/list), customSettingsType, SetupOwnerId, per-profile/per-user config overrides, feature flags/toggles, kill switches, or admin on/off switches (e.g. bypass triggers during a data load); also "create a custom setting" or a setting that silently deployed as a regular object. A kill switch is just a checkbox on a hierarchy setting — generate ONLY the setting, never an Apex trigger/handler. DO NOT TRIGGER for Custom Metadata Types (use platform-custom-metadata-type-generate), business-record objects (use platform-custom-object-generate), or secrets/tokens (use a Named Credential).
forcedotcom/platform-custom-setting-generate
Use to create, generate, or validate Salesforce Custom Report Type metadata. Trigger on custom report types, CRTs, cross-object reports, report builder data sources, exposing fields for reporting across related objects, inner vs outer joins in reports, report type categories, or deployment errors for .reportType-meta.xml files. Do NOT trigger for running, editing, or filtering existing reports; creating report folders, dashboards, or list views; or non-authoring reporting questions.
forcedotcom/platform-custom-report-type-generate
Use when users create, generate, or validate Salesforce Custom Object metadata. Trigger on custom objects, .object files, sharing models, name fields, or validation rules — e.g. "create a custom object" — and deployment errors around sharing models and Master-Detail relationships. Also keep the object's <description> current when its fields or validation rules change. Do NOT use for non-Custom-Object metadata (Apex, Flows, LWC, Permission Sets, Custom Metadata Types) or standard objects.
forcedotcom/platform-custom-object-generate
Use to create, generate, or validate Salesforce Custom Metadata Type metadata — the __mdt object, fields, and deployable records. Trigger on custom metadata types, CMDT, __mdt objects, .md-meta.xml files, or cross-org reference/config data; also admin-maintained mapping/lookup/crosswalk tables (config that changes without a deploy belongs in a CMDT, never hardcoded in Apex/Flow), and CMDT deploy errors. DO NOT TRIGGER for Custom Settings (use platform-custom-setting-generate), business-record objects (use platform-custom-object-generate), or secrets/API keys (use a Named Credential).
forcedotcom/platform-custom-metadata-type-generate
Use this skill when users need to create Custom Lightning Types (CLTs) for Einstein Agent actions or structured input/output schemas. Trigger when users mention CLT, Custom Lightning Types, JSON schemas for agents, type definitions, lightning__objectType, or editor/renderer configurations. For widget renditions that combine a CLT with a Widget bundle, use the platform-lightning-type-widget-coordinate orchestrator instead. This is complex - always use this skill for CLT work.
forcedotcom/platform-custom-lightning-type-generate
Use when users create, generate, or validate Salesforce Custom Field metadata. Trigger on custom fields, field types, Roll-Up Summary, Master-Detail/Lookup relationships, formula fields, picklists, dependent (controlling) picklists, referencing a value set from a field, or scoping picklist values per record type; also field deployment errors, including a record type that won't deploy without a business process. DO NOT TRIGGER for creating/customizing the value set itself — a new GlobalValueSet or a StandardValueSet catalog like Industry — use platform-value-set-generate; this skill covers the field that references a value set, not the value set definition.
forcedotcom/platform-custom-field-generate
Use this skill when users need to create or configure tab-based Salesforce Custom Applications with navigation, branding, and action overrides. Trigger when users mention custom apps, application metadata, app navigation, or organizing tabs into applications. Use when users want to create app containers for tabs and pages. Do NOT use when the goal is hosting a React UI bundle in the App Launcher — use experience-ui-bundle-custom-app-generate for that case.
forcedotcom/platform-custom-application-generate
Use this when someone says I don't know where to start or help me get going, asks where am I? in the six-stage journey, requests on-demand org feature detection for Data 360, OmniStudio, or DevOps Center, or asks what could help me do X / which plugin would help with X for a task no installed skill already covers. DO NOT TRIGGER for specific Salesforce tasks already owned by a leaf skill or for generic non-Salesforce help.
forcedotcom/platform-capability-search
Use when the developer asks to "review the architecture", "run a Well-Architected check", "audit this project", "is this project well-architected?", or wants to assess security/governor-limit/risk as a holistic code-and-metadata health report. Grades observable criteria (sharing/FLS, bulkification, SOQL selectivity, packageability) with file:line evidence; emits a governance checklist for what it can't see. Read-only, never edits. DO NOT TRIGGER for single-tool Apex scans (dx-code-analyzer-run).
forcedotcom/platform-architecture-analyze
Apex test execution, coverage analysis, and test-fix loops with 120-point scoring. Use when the user runs Apex tests, checks code coverage, fixes failing tests, or touches *Test.cls / *_Test.cls files. forcedotcom/platform-apex-test-run
Use to generate and validate Apex test classes with TestDataFactory patterns, bulk testing (251+ records), mocking, assertions, and disciplined test-fix loops. Use when creating Apex test classes (for triggers, services, controllers, batch jobs, queueables, and callouts), improving coverage, debugging or fixing failing Apex tests, or running test/coverage analysis. Triggers on *Test.cls files, sf apex run test, coverage reports. Do NOT trigger for production Apex (use platform-apex-generate) or Jest/LWC tests.
forcedotcom/platform-apex-test-generate
Salesforce debug log analysis and troubleshooting with 100-point scoring. TRIGGER when: user analyzes debug logs, hits governor limits, reads stack traces, or touches .log files from Salesforce orgs. DO NOT TRIGGER when: running Apex tests (use platform-apex-test-run), generating or fixing Apex code (use platform-apex-generate), or Agentforce session tracing (use agentforce-observe).
forcedotcom/platform-apex-logs-debug
Primary Apex authoring skill for class generation, refactoring, and review. ALWAYS ACTIVATE when the user mentions Apex, .cls, triggers, or asks to create/refactor a class (service, selector, domain, batch, queueable, schedulable, invocable, DTO, utility, interface, abstract, exception, REST resource). Use this skill for requests involving SObject CRUD, mapping collections, fetching related records, scheduled jobs, batch jobs, trigger design, @AuraEnabled controllers, @RestResource endpoints, custom REST APIs, or code review of existing Apex.
forcedotcom/platform-apex-generate
Runs anonymous Apex against the connected org (.apex file or pasted snippet), capturing the debug log, surfacing errors. Triggers on "run this anonymous apex", "execute this script against my org", "what does this code return", or "execute scripts/foo.apex". Wraps scripts in savepoint+rollback; warns before running in production. DO NOT TRIGGER for authoring .cls/.trigger files (platform-apex-generate), Apex unit tests (platform-apex-test-run), or debug-log analysis (platform-apex-logs-debug).
forcedotcom/platform-apex-anonymous-run

TRIGGER when: user asks to get, fetch, retrieve, list, or show agentic setup categories, prompt categories, setup copilot categories, prompt library categories, available setup prompts, Agentforce prompt library, copilot prompts, or calls the agenticsetup categories Connect REST API. DO NOT TRIGGER when: user wants to create new categories, work with non-categories endpoints, or generate OpenAPI specs.
forcedotcom/platform-agenticsetup-categories-get
Enable or disable the org preference that controls whether a Salesforce org can receive partner offers from the Transactable Marketplace. Use this skill when the user wants to turn partner offer reception on or off for an org. TRIGGER when: user asks to enable or disable partner offers, configure TransactableMarketplaceReceivePartnerOffers, configure enableTransactableMarketplaceReceivePartnerOffers, set up marketplace partner offer reception, toggle the TM partner offers setting, edit a TransactableMarketplacePrivateOffer.settings file, or configure org preferences related to transactable marketplace. DO NOT TRIGGER when: user needs to create or manage the partner offer records themselves, configure marketplace listing settings, or work with SfdcPartnerOffer objects (use platform-metadata-deploy or platform-apex-generate instead).

Review a Lightning Web Component for **mobile offline** compatibility — the Komaci offline static analyzer that pre-primes the data graph for Salesforce Mobile App Plus and Field Service Mobile App. Produces a finding list with code-level fixes covering inline GraphQL queries in `@wire` configurations, modern `lwc:if` / `lwc:elseif` / `lwc:else` directives, and Komaci ESLint rule violations (private wire properties, non-local reactive references, getter side-effects). Use when the user asks for a "mobile offline review", "Komaci check", "offline priming audit", "offline priming failure", or "offline data graph error", or to validate an LWC against the `@salesforce/eslint-plugin-lwc-graph-analyzer` recommended ruleset. Do not use for generic LWC code review (use an appropriate domain review skill) or for building LWCs with native mobile capabilities (use `mobile-platform-native-capabilities-integrate`).
forcedotcom/mobile-platform-offline-validate

Designs the work rules for a Salesforce Field Service scheduling policy — the hard filters that determine which resources and time slots are eligible for an appointment. Step 2 of the three-part scheduling policy design flow; receives the policy block from sfs-scheduling-policy-designer and delegates to sfs-service-objective-designer when complete. Use this skill when a user wants to design or configure the work rules (hard eligibility filters) for a Field Service scheduling policy.

Set up Voice to Form on Field Service Mobile end-to-end against a Salesforce org, covering both variants: Voice to Record Edit (voice-fills any record-edit screen) and Voice to Form Data Capture (voice-fills Discovery Framework / Data Capture forms). Discovers existing DC forms and asks which to enable, hands off to fs-data-capture-form-deployer to create them if none exist, assigns every permission a mobile user needs, and walks the admin through the Einstein generative AI base setup. TRIGGER when the user asks to enable, configure, install, or set up Voice to Form, V2F, Voice to Record Edit, V2RE, the microphone on the mobile app, or voice-fill on Field Service Mobile. DO NOT TRIGGER when the user wants Pre-Work Brief, wants to author a brand-new Data Capture form, or wants to build a generic Agentforce agent.
forcedotcom/field-service-voice-to-form-configure
Headless 360 REST API deployment step for creating sObject records. Handles describe-based field discovery, required-field derivation, entity-relationship ordering, and composite graph transactions. Use this skill when a designer skill (or a user directly) needs to create sObject records after design confirmation, including non-setup sObject creation.
forcedotcom/field-service-sobject-create-configure
Use this skill to set up Salesforce Field Service — Work Types, Skills, Service Territories, Operating Hours, Scheduling Policy, Work Rules, Service Objectives, Data Capture Forms, FSL mobile forms, Pre-Work Brief, Mobile Branding, or any FSL setup, enablement, or configuration request. Entry point that identifies what the user wants to configure and routes to the right sub-workflow: Foundation Setup, Scheduling Policy, Data Capture Forms, Pre-Work Brief, or Mobile Branding.
forcedotcom/field-service-setup-orchestrator-get
Designs the four policy-level settings for a Salesforce Field Service scheduling policy — name, optimization mode (In-Day vs Global), commit mode, and description — and delegates to work rule design when complete. Use this skill when a user wants to design, configure, or set up a Field Service scheduling policy's policy-level settings.
forcedotcom/field-service-scheduling-policy-designer-query
Deploy the deterministic half of Einstein Pre-Work Brief on Field Service Mobile to a target org — prompt template, Lightning Data Service, licenses and permission sets, the Work Order layout field, and a scheduled test Work Order. Use this skill when a user asks to deploy, set up, enable, or configure Einstein Pre-Work Brief on Field Service Mobile.
forcedotcom/field-service-prework-brief-deployer-configure
Designs service objectives for a Salesforce Field Service scheduling policy via a structured trade-off interview. Guides the user through objective selection and derives weights by establishing crossover equivalences against Minimize Travel (the anchor). Produces a finalized weight table with penalty-rate interpretation and a plain-English policy summary. Use this skill when a user wants to design or weight Field Service scheduling service objectives; called after work rule design and delegates to sfs-sobject-create for record creation.
forcedotcom/field-service-objective-designer-configure
Derive a Field Service mobile app color scheme from a brand source (URL, hex codes, brand-guide paste, or color description), validate WCAG AA contrast in both light and dark mode, and apply the 14-field scheme to the org-default FieldServiceMobileSettings record. Trigger phrases include 'brand the mobile app', 'apply branding to Field Service mobile', 'update the mobile app colors', 'use this brand guide for the app', 'set the color scheme for the mobile app'. Do NOT use this skill for Dispatcher console / Gantt branding, Experience Cloud BrandingSet records, or scheduling policy colors — out of scope.
forcedotcom/field-service-mobile-branding-configure
Creates Field Service foundation data — Work Types, Skills, Service Territories, and Operating Hours. Accepts existing data in any format or designs from scratch, and confirms the design with the user. Use this skill when a user wants to create, design, or set up Field Service foundation data.
forcedotcom/field-service-foundation-setup-designer-get
Build, edit, and deploy Salesforce Data Capture Flows (processType DataCaptureFlow) — Field Service mobile / offline forms. Use when authoring flow-meta.xml with runtime_service_fieldservice:dc* components, Repeater loops (.AllItems), master-detail child record persistence, visual polish (gradient banners, progress bars, callouts), supporting objects with FLS/permsets, debugging DataCaptureFlow deploy errors, or troubleshooting why a deployed form doesn't appear on the FSL Mobile Forms tab (DDC/WorkPlan OWD + AssignedResource sharing prerequisites).
forcedotcom/field-service-data-capture-reference-configure
Fully automated migration of Field Service Mobile flows (processType='FieldServiceMobile') to DataCaptureFlow. Retrieves flow XML from the org, runs a transformer script to restructure the execution graph and convert all field types, deploys the migrated flow as Draft only (activation is always a separate manual admin step after validation), and reports functional-equivalence differences. Handles most flows end-to-end without manual intervention. Always use this skill even for changes that look trivial, like removing one component or reordering one element — Data Capture's runtime behaves differently from Flow Builder previews, in ways only the transformer script accounts for. Use when a user wants to migrate, modernize, convert, audit, or replace legacy Field Service Mobile flow `.flow` / `.flow-meta.xml` files with Data Capture, or assess migration readiness. Do not use to edit an existing Data Capture flow or author a new one from scratch — covers only the one-time legacy migration.
forcedotcom/field-service-data-capture-migrate
Patch an existing Data Capture Flow that's already deployed in a connected Salesforce org. Retrieves the live Flow Metadata JSON via the Tooling API, applies the user's requested change, and PATCHes it back. Use when the user names an existing flow and asks to add/remove/rename a field, change visibility, fix a bug, add visual polish, or swap a placeholder for a real component ('add a Notes field to Inventory_Transfer', 'fix the visibility rule on Work_Order_Number', 'make the parts repeater optional', 'replace the Signature placeholder with the real dcSignature component'). Do NOT use this skill to build a brand-new flow — that's fs-data-capture-form-designer followed by fs-data-capture-form-deployer.
forcedotcom/field-service-data-capture-form-editor-configure
Design a Field Service Mobile Data Capture Flow from either a natural-language description OR a PDF/image of an existing paper form. Extracts field labels, types, required-state, and section structure into an intermediate JSON spec, confirms the plan with the user, then hands off to fs-data-capture-form-deployer for compile + deploy. Handles both input modes in one skill — prose ('build a Field Service form for asset inspection', 'make a DataCaptureFlow that asks the technician to…', 'create an inventory transfer form') and visual sources ('convert this PDF to a Data Capture Flow', 'make a Field Service form from this image', 'turn this paper form into a DataCaptureFlow'). Detects the input mode automatically from a .pdf/.png/.jpg/.jpeg path, else extracts from the prose. Do NOT use this skill to patch an already-deployed flow — that's fs-data-capture-form-editor.
forcedotcom/field-service-data-capture-form-designer-configure
Assemble a Data Capture Flow from a JSON spec and deploy it to a connected Field Service org via the Tooling Flow sObject (JSON Metadata, no XML). Use when given a data-capture spec JSON and asked to build or deploy a DataCaptureFlow.

Salesforce architecture diagrams using Mermaid with ASCII fallback. Use this skill when generating text-based diagrams for Salesforce architecture, OAuth flows, ERDs, integration sequences, or Agentforce structure. TRIGGER when: user says "diagram", "visualize", "ERD", or asks for sequence diagrams, flowcharts, class diagrams, or architecture visualizations in Mermaid. DO NOT TRIGGER when: user asks about non-Salesforce systems.

MUST activate when the project contains a uiBundles/*/src/ directory and the task involves creating or configuring site infrastructure. Use this skill when creating or configuring a Salesforce Digital Experience Site for hosting a UI bundle. Activate when files matching digitalExperiences/, networks/, customSite/, or DigitalExperienceBundle exist and need modification, or when the user wants to publish, host, or configure guest access for their app. Also use this skill to add multi-language, multi-locale, internationalization, or translation support to such a site by declaring a default locale and additional supported languages via the sfdc_cms__languageSettings content type. DO NOT TRIGGER for LWR (non-React) sites; use experience-lwr-site-generate instead.
forcedotcom/experience-ui-bundle-site-generate
MUST activate whenever a uiBundles/*/src/ project reads, writes, or displays Salesforce data — INCLUDING building a page, list, table, card grid, dashboard, or form that shows, filters, counts, or edits records of any object (e.g. Property__c, Account, Case), even when the prompt names only the UI or the object and never says query, GraphQL, or SDK. Records behind such a component come from Salesforce, so use this ALONGSIDE experience-ui-bundle-frontend-generate: that skill styles the component, this one wires its data. Also triggers on @salesforce/platform-sdk imports, sdk.graphql.query / mutate / sdk.fetch calls, *.graphql files, or stale data needing force-refresh. New read/write work uses the current @salesforce/platform-sdk API; migrate only EXISTING old @salesforce/sdk-data callable code. Not for pure styling/layout with no records, app shell, file upload, or auth/search scaffolding. DO NOT TRIGGER for OAuth, object/field schema changes, Bulk/Tooling/Metadata API, or declarative automation.
forcedotcom/experience-ui-bundle-salesforce-data-access
Generates a minimal, ready-to-develop SFDX starter project from template instead of hand-scaffolding files. Use this skill when starting a brand-new Salesforce UI bundle app (React or Angular) and the initial project must be scaffolded — trigger phrases include create, start, or scaffold a new UI bundle app, generate a starter project, or use a prebuilt/starter template. DO NOT TRIGGER when: editing, styling, or adding pages or components to an EXISTING app (use experience-ui-bundle-frontend-generate); configuring ui-bundle.json or metadata files (use experience-ui-bundle-metadata-generate); deploying to an org (use experience-ui-bundle-deploy); or when the user explicitly says they want to hand-scaffold from scratch.

Configure Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for Salesforce Experience Site users. TRIGGER when: user wants to enable MFA on a community, enforce two-factor authentication for portal users, add MFA to a React Experience Site / Web App, configure ForceTwoFactor permission, create MFA permission sets for external users, or troubleshoot MFA not appearing on login. Also triggers on: MFA community, two-factor portal, ForceTwoFactor permission set, MFA Experience Cloud, MFA React site, identity verification community, MFA experience site, ForceTwoFactor permissionset-meta.xml, MFA permissionset-meta.xml. DO NOT TRIGGER when: configuring org-wide MFA for internal users (that's Setup > Identity Verification), building custom login UI components (use experience-ui-bundle-frontend-generate), or generating generic permission sets without MFA context (use platform-permission-set-generate).
forcedotcom/experience-ui-bundle-mfa-configure
Use this skill when adding a front-end React or Angular UI bundle to an EXISTING SFDX project, or configuring UI bundle metadata and config files. TRIGGER when: adding or scaffolding a new UI bundle — including adding one more or another UI bundle — into a project that already exists; scaffolding a single bundle with the basic template (reactbasic or angularbasic) via sf template generate ui-bundle; editing ui-bundle.json routing, headers, or output directory; working with *.uibundle-meta.xml files; or registering CSP Trusted Sites, resolving blocked images or fonts or external API calls, or editing cspTrustedSites/*.cspTrustedSite-meta.xml files. DO NOT TRIGGER when: creating a brand-new Salesforce project entirely from scratch, where the whole SFDX starter project (UI bundle plus Experience Site metadata and toolchain) is generated together in one step (use experience-ui-bundle-project-generate).
forcedotcom/experience-ui-bundle-metadata-generate
MUST activate to localize / internationalize a uiBundles/*/src/ project (React or Angular): extract hardcoded user-facing strings into Custom Labels, wire a runtime i18n library over the Platform SDK backend, add labels for another language, or troubleshoot label rendering across locales. Triggers: user-facing string literals in component files, a CustomLabels.labels-meta.xml, a src/i18n/ directory or label-manifest.ts, translation call sites, or requests to 'translate / localize / internationalize / support another language.' Scope: authenticated B2E UI Bundles and B2C site bundles. Use experience-ui-bundle-site-generate instead for site language configuration or sfdc_cms__languageSettings. DO NOT TRIGGER for B2B site bundles, building app shell/UI or styling, reading/writing/refreshing records (use experience-ui-bundle-salesforce-data-access), generating a new bundle (use experience-ui-bundle-frontend-generate), deploying (use experience-ui-bundle-deploy), or authoring translations in Translation Workbench.
forcedotcom/experience-ui-bundle-localize
MUST activate before editing ANY file under uiBundles/*/src/ (or the bundle's index.html) for visual or UI changes to an EXISTING app — pages, components, sections, layout, styling, colors, fonts, navigation, animations, branding, or any look-and-feel change. Use this skill when modifying pages, components, layout, styling, navigation, or branding in an existing UI bundle app. Activate when the project contains appLayout.tsx, routes.tsx, src/pages/, src/components/, src/styles/global.css, or the bundle's index.html. This skill contains critical project-specific conventions (appLayout.tsx shell, shadcn/ui components, Tailwind CSS, Salesforce base-path routing, module restrictions) that override general knowledge. Without this skill, generated code will use wrong imports, break routing, or ignore project structure. Do NOT use when creating a new app from scratch or the bundle has not been scaffolded yet (use experience-ui-bundle-app-coordinate instead).
forcedotcom/experience-ui-bundle-frontend-generate
MUST activate when the project contains a uiBundles/*/src/ directory and the task involves uploading, attaching, or dropping files. Use this skill when adding file upload functionality to a UI bundle app. Provides progress tracking and Salesforce ContentVersion integration. This feature provides programmatic APIs ONLY — build custom UI using the upload() API. ALWAYS use this instead of building file upload from scratch with FormData or XHR.
forcedotcom/experience-ui-bundle-file-upload-generate
MUST activate when the project contains a uiBundles/*/src/ directory (React or Angular) and the user wants to add a pre-built feature — such as authentication (login, logout, protected routes, session management) or search (global search across pages and content) — instead of building it from scratch. Always run list first to see the current feature catalog, since it can include more than authentication and search. Always use this skill for installing pre-built features rather than hand-building them. DO NOT TRIGGER for Agentforce conversational client or file-upload features — use experience-ui-bundle-agentforce-client-generate and experience-ui-bundle-file-upload-generate respectively.
forcedotcom/experience-ui-bundle-features-generate
MUST activate when the project has a uiBundles/*/src/ directory and the task involves deploying to an org or post-deploy org setup. Deploys a UI bundle app and runs ordered setup: org auth, build, metadata deploy, permission-set and role assignment, Experience Cloud self-registration, social login / SSO / IDP linking (Auth Providers + SAML on a React site), site logout URL, seed-data import, and GraphQL schema fetch + codegen. Trigger signals: *.network-meta.xml, org-setup.config.json (socialLogin/logoutUrl), data-plan.json, sfdx-project.json, or mentions of deploy, org setup, social login/SSO, or logout URL on an Experience site. DO NOT TRIGGER when: creating a new UI bundle project (use experience-ui-bundle-project-generate); styling pages without deploying (use experience-ui-bundle-frontend-generate); adding a feature such as auth, search, or file upload without deploying (use the matching experience-ui-bundle-*-generate skill); configuring MFA permission sets (use experience-ui-bundle-mfa-configure).
forcedotcom/experience-ui-bundle-deploy
MUST activate when the project contains a uiBundles/*/src/ directory and the task involves creating or configuring a Custom Application for hosting a UI bundle in Lightning Experience. Use this skill when creating a CustomApplication metadata record to surface the UI bundle in the App Launcher. Activate when files matching applications/*.app-meta.xml exist and need modification, or when the user wants to expose their app via the Lightning App Launcher without a Digital Experience Site. Do NOT use platform-custom-application-generate for this — UI bundle apps do not use tabs, action overrides, or flexipages.
forcedotcom/experience-ui-bundle-custom-app-generate
MUST activate when the user wants to build, create, or generate a React application, React app, web application, single-page application (SPA), or frontend application — even if no project files exist yet. MUST also activate when the project contains a uiBundles/*/src/ directory or sfdx-project.json and the prompt says create, build, construct, or generate a new app, site, or page from scratch — even if the prompt also describes visual styling. MUST also activate when the task spans more than one ui-bundle skill. Use this skill when building a complete app end-to-end. Do NOT use for Lightning Experience apps with custom objects (use platform-lightning-app-coordinate). Do NOT use for single-concern edits to an existing page (use experience-ui-bundle-frontend-generate).
forcedotcom/experience-ui-bundle-app-coordinate
Use this skill when the user asks to add, embed, integrate, configure, style, or remove an agent, chatbot, chat widget, conversation client, or AI assistant in a UI Bundle project (React or Angular). TRIGGER when: project contains a uiBundles/*/src/ directory and the task involves adding or modifying a chat widget, chatbot, or conversational AI; files under uiBundles/*/src/ import AgentforceConversationClient in React `.tsx`/`.jsx` files, or use the app-agentforce-conversation-client element in Angular `.html` templates and AgentforceConversationClientComponent in `.component.ts` files; user asks to add any chat or agent functionality to a page. DO NOT TRIGGER when: user wants to create a custom agent, chatbot, or chat widget component from scratch; the project has no uiBundles directory.
forcedotcom/experience-ui-bundle-agentforce-client-generate
MUST activate when the user wants to package, distribute, or install/upgrade/uninstall/promote a UI Bundle as a Salesforce second-generation (2GP) package (project may contain uiBundles/ or sfdx-project.json for packaging tasks; install/upgrade tasks may lack local bundle files). Handles making a bundle packageable, choosing managed/unlocked flavor, creating package/version with sf package, installing/upgrading in another org, and debugging failures. TRIGGER on packaging, 2GP, managed package, unlocked package, AppExchange, package version, sf package, sf package install, sf package upgrade, install a package, upgrade a package, cross-org distribution. DO NOT TRIGGER for plain source deploy to one org (use experience-ui-bundle-deploy) or scaffolding a new bundle (use experience-ui-bundle-project-generate). Apply piecemeal — do ONLY the part asked.
forcedotcom/experience-ui-bundle-2gp-deploy
Searches for and retrieves existing content and media (articles, blogs, news, FAQs, events, products, images, logos, icons, photos, graphics, banners, hero images, audio clips, videos, documents) from Salesforce CMS or other connected sources. Use this skill ANY TIME a user says "find", "search", "get", "fetch", "retrieve", "look up", "locate", "show me", "list", or "I need" followed by content or media words like "blog", "article", "news", "FAQ", "event", "product page", "image", "logo", "icon", "photo", "banner", "audio", "video", "document". Also use for requests that mix both, like "reuse existing assets" for a page. Routes each intent to the correct sub-workflow — structured content search or media search — and can run both in the same request. Does not apply when the request is to generate NEW content or images from scratch, define content type schemas, or apply brand guidelines.
forcedotcom/experience-search-coordinate
Create / provision / set up a NEW Digital Experience (Communities) / Experience Cloud site — employee service, IT support, help desk, HR, customer, and partner portals — via the headless-360 MCP site-creation APIs. Use whenever a user asks to create/provision/set up a portal, site, or community, e.g.: 'create an employee service portal', 'create an IT Support Portal', 'create an Agentforce Employee Center', including wiring MIAW (Messaging for In-App/Web) at create. This is the site-CREATION skill and OWNS provisioning a new Aura OR LWR Experience Builder site from scratch — trigger it even when the user says 'Experience Builder site' or 'LWR site', as long as a NEW site is wanted. It always writes a portal-creation report as its final step (never ad hoc via CLI) and never makes a legacy Tabs+Visualforce site. DO NOT TRIGGER only for modifying an EXISTING site's pages/routes/theme/branding/guest-access metadata (experience-lwr-site-generate), existing-site customization (experience-ui-bundle), CMS, Commerce.
forcedotcom/experience-portal-create
Creates, modifies, or manages Salesforce Experience Cloud LWR sites via DigitalExperience metadata. Always trigger when the tasks involve LWR sites configurations, e.g. creating/modifying pages/routes/views/theme layouts/branding sets, previewing sites, or creating/modifying guest sharing rule (metadata type sharingGuestRules)/guest user access/sharing records to guest users, or when user provides a guest user ID (15 or 18 characters starting with 005). NEVER trigger for React or any other ui bundle framework. LWR sites ONLY.
forcedotcom/experience-lwr-site-generate
Use when converting an existing JavaScript Lightning Web Component (.js, .html, .css) to TypeScript with full type annotations and a matching `.d.ts` file that exposes only the component's `@api` surface. TRIGGER when the user says "convert LWC to TypeScript", "migrate LWC to TS", "rename .js to .ts for this component", "add types to my LWC", "generate .d.ts for this LWC", "type-annotate @api properties", or "produce declare module 'c/componentName' definitions". DO NOT TRIGGER when the user is authoring a brand-new LWC from scratch (use experience-lwc-generate), generating Jest tests for an existing LWC (use experience-lwc-generate), or migrating an Aura component to LWC.
forcedotcom/experience-lwc-typescript-migrate
Use this skill as THE specialized Lightning Web Security (LWS) validator for a Lightning Web Component bundle (`.js`, `.ts`, `.html`, `.css`, `.js-meta.xml`) — the canonical LWS/Product-Security review for LWCs, NOT a generic code-security pass. It produces either a severity-ranked finding list with code-level remediations or a SARIF 2.1.0 JSON score report keyed by the `lws-001`…`lws-023b` rule catalog. TRIGGER when the user asks to review, audit, or check an LWC component for LWS compliance issues and recommend fixes, score a component's LWS/security compliance, find dangerous DOM APIs or blocked sinks (`eval`, `Function`, `document.write`, `innerHTML`, `document.createElement('script')`, global-scope assignment to `window`/`globalThis`, unsafe URL schemes), or emit a SARIF security report. DO NOT TRIGGER for generic non-LWC security review, for building a new LWC (use experience-lwc-generate), accessibility (WCAG 2.2), RTL/i18n, or Apex/Aura/server-side review.
forcedotcom/experience-lwc-security-validate
Use when running Salesforce Lightning Preview for an app or a single LWC component to extract the runtime DOM for inspection. TRIGGER when the user says "preview an LWC locally", "run sf lightning dev", "launch Local Dev", "inspect a component's shadow DOM at runtime", "grab rendered HTML from a live preview", "troubleshoot what actually renders versus the template", "set up Salesforce Live Preview plugin", "lightning preview", "local dev server", or "extract runtime DOM". DO NOT TRIGGER when the user is authoring or editing LWC source code (use experience-lwc-generate) or reviewing component code statically without running it.
forcedotcom/experience-lwc-runtime-observe
Use this skill to review a Lightning Web Component (.html, .js, .css files) for right-to-left (RTL) internationalization correctness, producing a finding list with code-level fixes covering CSS logical properties, bidirectional text handling, keyboard semantics, and RTL-aware SLDS class usage. TRIGGER when the user says "review this LWC for RTL", "audit i18n compliance", "fix bidirectional text rendering", "replace left/right CSS with logical properties", "check RTL layout issues", "verify SLDS RTL classes", "review my component for Arabic/Hebrew layout", "ensure this LWC works in RTL locales", or "check bidi text handling". DO NOT TRIGGER when the user is building a new LWC (use experience-lwc-generate), refactoring SLDS classes themselves (use design-systems-slds-apply or design-systems-slds2-migrate), or performing accessibility/security review.
forcedotcom/experience-lwc-rtl-validate
Migrate legacy Salesforce UI stacks onto modern LWC — Aura → LWC conversion completeness verification and Lightning Out Beta → Lightning Out 2.0 host-page migration. TRIGGER on "verify Aura to LWC migration completeness", "migrate Lightning Out Beta to LO 2.0", "upgrade $Lightning.use() to <lightning-out-application>", "replace hardcoded LO tokens with OAuth PKCE", "write an LO 2.0 host page", or an external Lightning Out page that stopped rendering; also `.cmp`/`.js-meta.xml` files alongside LWC. DO NOT TRIGGER for the initial Aura-to-LWC conversion (use experience-aura-lwc-migrate), a React-to-LWC migration, or building a new LWC (use experience-lwc-design-generate).
forcedotcom/experience-lwc-legacy-migrate
Lightning Web Components with PICKLES methodology and 165-point scoring. Use this skill when the user creates or edits LWC components, builds wire service patterns, or writes Jest tests for LWC. TRIGGER when: user creates/edits LWC components, touches lwc/**/*.js, .html, .css, .js-meta.xml files, or asks about wire service, SLDS, or Jest LWC tests. DO NOT TRIGGER when: Apex classes (use platform-apex-generate), Aura components, or Visualforce.
forcedotcom/experience-lwc-generate
Use when you need to create a brand new Lightning Web Component from a Figma design, a Product Requirements Document, or another design artifact — orchestrating the five-phase workflow (gather requirements → generate code → optimize → lint/format/compile → test) and stitching together the specialized skills for SLDS, LDS, base components, optimization, and testing. Use this skill whenever the user mentions building a new LWC from Figma, building an LWC from a PRD, generating an LWC from a design or screenshot, or migrating an Aura component as a fresh LWC build. DO NOT TRIGGER when refactoring an existing LWC (use experience-lwc-generate), for Aura → LWC in-place migration (out of scope for this skill), for standalone SLDS token or styling work (use design-systems-slds-apply), or for standalone data-layer work (use experience-lds-best-practices-apply or experience-lds-data-requirements-generate).
forcedotcom/experience-lwc-design-generate
Pick the right Lightning Base Component (`lightning-*`) for a given UI task, retrieve its full API (props, methods, events, slots) from the bundled per-component reference, and wire it into an LWC (LWC `.html`, `.js`, and `.css` files) without breaking SLDS. Use this skill when users say "I need a Lightning modal / datatable / combobox / record form", ask which `lightning-*` component fits a use case, want a shortlist of LBC candidates, are about to hand-roll a UI that a base component already provides, or are editing an LWC bundle's `.html` / `.js` / `.css` and need to select or wire a base component. Also triggers on "Lightning base component", "LBC", "lightning-combobox", "lightning-datatable", "use `lightning-` tag". DO NOT TRIGGER for applying SLDS design tokens, blueprints, or styling guidance in general — that is `design-systems-slds-apply`; this skill only selects and wires `lightning-*` base components.
forcedotcom/experience-lwc-base-components-integrate
Use ALWAYS when running Sa11y accessibility Jest tests for an LWC — locally before pushing, producing the command(s), running one file vs a suite, selecting tests by naming convention, saving Sa11y-rendered HTML, or reproducing a Sa11y/A11yBug failure. Covers core (Bazel; `bazel test //<module>:<target>`) and standalone `npx jest` (`.accessibility.test.js`, `@sa11y/jest`). REQUIRED for a `run-plan.md`, a failing a11y test's exit code, or `SA11Y_*`/`A11yBug`/core-Bazel test paths. DO NOT TRIGGER for functional Jest tests, a11y review without running tests (use experience-accessibility-validate), or Selenium-based a11y tests.
forcedotcom/experience-lwc-accessibility-jest-run
Use ALWAYS when a prompt mentions GraphQL, lightning/uiGraphQLApi, @wire(graphql, ...), or gql template tags in an LWC context — even if the surface ask is "build an LWC". Owns the ENTIRE flow: introspect the org's LDS GraphQL schema, identify entities/fields, construct the schema-validated gql query or mutation, wire it into the LWC via lightning/uiGraphQLApi, verify against a connected org. REQUIRED whenever a prompt asks to render, list, or edit Salesforce records (Account, Contact, Case, custom objects) via GraphQL — the .html and .js scaffolding IS in scope. DO NOT delegate to experience-lwc-generate: that skill has NO GraphQL schema introspection, NO create_lds_graphql_read_query binding, and defaults to getRecord/getRelatedListRecords wire adapters which will not satisfy a GraphQL prompt. DO NOT TRIGGER only if the prompt forbids GraphQL, chooses UIAPI/Apex (use experience-lds-best-practices-apply), or asks for data requirements (use experience-lds-data-requirements-generate).
forcedotcom/experience-lds-graphql-generate
Use when a Lightning Web Component data need is described in ambiguous natural language — turn "get contact info" or "show account data" into a clear, PRD-ready data-requirements spec. TRIGGER when the user says "define data requirements for this LWC", "turn this PRD data section into validated object/field names", "recommend GraphQL vs UIAPI for this data need", "validate these Salesforce API names", or "spec out the LDS adapter for this component", or references LWC bundle files (`.js`, `.js-meta.xml`) whose data layer is not yet specified. DO NOT TRIGGER when the data layer is already fully specified, when authoring the actual query or adapter code from a known spec, or when implementing an LWC end-to-end (use experience-lwc-generate).
forcedotcom/experience-lds-data-requirements-generate
Use when reviewing or implementing Lightning Data Service best practices in an LWC (.js, .html, .js-meta.xml) — UIAPI vs Apex, refreshApex / notifyRecordUpdateAvailable, @salesforce/schema imports, LDS record-form data patterns. TRIGGER on "apply LDS best practices to this LWC", "review this LWC for LDS best-practice issues", "review this component for Lightning Data Service issues", "UIAPI or Apex for this data?", "fix stale data after record save", "sync LDS cache", "use @salesforce/schema for field names", "choose between getRecord and Apex". DO NOT TRIGGER when building a new LWC (use experience-lwc-generate), applying SLDS design tokens (use design-systems-slds-apply), picking or wiring a `lightning-*` base component's props/events/slots generically (use experience-lwc-base-components-integrate — this skill covers only the LDS data-layer rationale, even when the fix involves a base record form), or for security / RTL / accessibility reviews (separate passes).
forcedotcom/experience-lds-best-practices-apply
Use this skill to run a visual-craft audit of a rendered UI and produce an evidence-grounded Craft Report across Useful, Usable, Reliable, Coherent, and Well-Crafted. Invoke it for craft audits, visual critiques, design comparisons, felt-quality reviews, or visual-craft readiness checks on screenshots (.png, .jpg, .jpeg, .webp, .gif), Figma frames, rendered prototypes, and live URLs. Do not use it for source-code review, SLDS compliance (use design-systems-slds-validate), or accessibility compliance (use experience-accessibility-validate).

Searches for and downloads ethically-licensed stock images via the media-management MCP server. Use this skill whenever a user wants an image, photo, or picture — for BOTH requests to find existing imagery ("find a stock image", "search for a photo of X", "get a royalty-free image", "find an ethical image", editorial/news photography) AND requests phrased ambiguously as creating or generating one ("create an image of a sunset", "generate a picture of a team meeting", "make me a mountain image") — treat these as stock search requests, since this skill searches a stock photo library, it does not generate images. Do NOT offer alternative search methods or ask the user to pick one. Does not apply to searching internal CMS / Data Cloud media (use experience-search-coordinate). Does not apply when the user explicitly asks for AI-generated, synthetic, or computer-generated imagery — this skill only searches licensed stock photography and has no image-generation capability.
forcedotcom/experience-content-media-stock-image-search
Salesforce CMS ContentTypeBundle creation skill. Use this skill ANY TIME a user request involves creating a ContentTypeBundle, and activate FIRST when CMS ContentTypeBundle creation is mentioned. Discovers existing types via metadata-grounding and produces a validator-correct two-file bundle that passes dry-run deploy. TRIGGER when: user wants to define, scaffold, generate, or set up a reusable content shape in Salesforce CMS — any domain — including phrasings like "create a content type for X", "generate a schema for X in CMS", or "set up a content type for X". DO NOT TRIGGER when: authoring a RECORD (use experience-cms-content-generate), publishing / managing records (use CMS UI), modifying / renaming / deleting an existing bundle, CMS brand (experience-cms-brand-apply), media search (experience-search-coordinate), Custom Lightning Types (platform-custom-lightning-type-generate), or non-CMS metadata.
forcedotcom/experience-cms-content-type-generate
Renders, embeds, or displays existing Salesforce CMS content in a React or Angular uiBundle app: installs the CMS toolkit, registers a typed reference, generates a framework-matched renderer from the live schema, and wires the render path (delivery API, contentKey, RichText, image resolution). Prefer over general UI-bundle skills like experience-ui-bundle-frontend-generate (page/layout shell only) for the CMS-rendering part, even under src/. Triggers on prompts like 'render the CMS article on the home page', 'embed this CMS blog post here', 'show the CMS video in the hero', 'display the CMS image in the banner', or 'add this CMS content block to the detail page'; for mixed prompts, activate for the CMS part only. Do not trigger for searching a CMS item or defining a new CMS content type/schema (use experience-cms-content-type-generate).
forcedotcom/experience-cms-content-render
Creates, edits, and publishes Salesforce CMS content of any kind — any domain, any topic. Single and bulk: create many in parallel, edit one or many, publish all or a subset. Use this skill ANY TIME a user asks to create, generate, write, draft, author, or add content, OR to update, edit, or revise a content record, OR to publish it, OR to delete/remove a content record. Triggers like "create a <thing> about X", "create 5 <things>", "update content <id>", "publish content <id>", "publish the record <id>", "make <id> live", "delete content <id>" — where <thing> is any user-named content type. Activates FIRST whenever content authoring, editing, publishing, or deletion is mentioned, regardless of subject. Handles the full workflow: finding the content type, resolving the workspace, creating content, editing or publishing it — including a record identified by its variantId. Does not apply to defining a content type / schema (use experience-cms-content-type-generate), cloning, versioning, workspaces, or media.
forcedotcom/experience-cms-content-generate
Author a Salesforce Digital Experience brand (a "brand.json") so the VS Code Brand Toolkit can load, edit, and preview it. Use this skill whenever someone wants to: create a brand, make a new brand, generate a brand from a description or a color/logo/mood, add a brand to a project so the Brand Toolkit picks it up, scaffold a brand.json, theme a Digital Experience site, or turn a brand idea ("a dark luxury brand", "match our logo", "coral + rounded + friendly") into a loadable brand. Also use it when the user mentions "Brand Toolkit", "theme manager brand", "brand token", "colorScheme", "primaryAccent", ".digitalExperience/brands", "sfdc_cms:title", or a "brand.json" that should show up in the Brand Toolkit. Do NOT use this skill to apply an existing brand's voice, tone, or guidelines to generated content (use experience-cms-brand-apply), to search Salesforce CMS for existing brands, or to search for images, media, or logos (use experience-search-coordinate).
forcedotcom/experience-cms-brand-create
Extracts, retrieves, and applies CMS brand guidelines (voice, tone, style, colors, typography) to generated content. Use this skill ANY TIME a user request involves branding, brand voice, brand tone, brand guidelines, brand identity, brand styling, or applying a brand to content. Triggers for requests like "apply my brand", "use our brand voice", "match our brand guidelines", "find my brand", "search for brand", "get brand instructions", "apply brand tone". Handles the full workflow: searching for brands in Salesforce CMS, extracting brand instructions, and applying brand voice/tone/guidelines to generated content. Does not apply to media/image search (use experience-search-coordinate skill), logo search, or creating new brand definitions.
forcedotcom/experience-cms-brand-apply
Use this skill to analyze a Salesforce Aura component bundle (.cmp, .app, .evt, .intf, Controller.js, Helper.js, Renderer.js) and produce a framework-agnostic migration blueprint (PRD.yaml / PRD.md / PRD.json) capturing public API, data requirements, slots, events, states, accessibility, styling, localization, and security posture. This is Phase 1 (analysis + PRD) only — it does NOT author or edit component code, wire adapters, or Jest tests, and does not write .html/.js/.css/.js-meta.xml. TRIGGER when the user says "analyze this Aura component", "migrate Aura", "convert .cmp", "produce a migration blueprint", "generate a PRD for this Aura component", or mentions aura:attribute, aura:handler, force:recordData, $Label, $Resource, component.get, cmp.find, or an input directory containing .cmp files. DO NOT TRIGGER when there is no Aura source (delegate downstream LWC authoring to experience-lwc-generate), for post-migration scoring, or for refactoring an existing modern component.
forcedotcom/experience-aura-lwc-migrate
Use this skill to determine whether a Lightning Web Component (LWC) is accessible and meets WCAG accessibility guidelines. TRIGGER when the user asks "is my component accessible?", "does my LWC meet accessibility guidelines?", "is this component WCAG compliant?", "find accessibility problems in this LWC", "is this LWC keyboard accessible?", "does this component work with a screen reader?", "does this component have sufficient color contrast?", "check ARIA usage in this LWC", or "WCAG 2.2 accessibility check". Also TRIGGER when the user wants to fix or improve accessibility (a11y, WCAG, ARIA) in an LWC's HTML, JS, or CSS — semantic markup, focus, keyboard nav, contrast, screen-reader labels, WCAG 2.2 SC. Produces `a11y-review.md` with WCAG-cited findings. DO NOT TRIGGER for general LWC generation (use `experience-lwc-generate`) or SLDS visual/design review not focused on accessibility (use `design-systems-slds-validate`).
forcedotcom/experience-accessibility-validate
Use this skill to set up and configure the Education Cloud Student Recruitment Agent (SRA) — the packaged Agentforce agent (namespace sturecruitment) that answers admissions FAQs, captures inquiries, registers campus tours, and files applications for prospective students. TRIGGER when the user wants to: create or configure an admissions, recruitment, or enrollment agent, set up the Student Recruitment Agent, deploy SRA to an Experience Cloud site, clone the SRA flows or permission sets, add the SRA subagents (Admissions and Enrollments FAQ; Admissions Application; Campus Tours, Visits, and Events Registration; Request for Information), wire Learning Program grounding, or build the escalation subagent. Guides platform enablement, permissions, grounding, agent creation, and channel deployment — API-first with UI fallback. DO NOT TRIGGER for the Transfer Credit Agent, generic Agentforce authoring (use agentforce-generate), or base Education Cloud domain enablement.
forcedotcom/education-cloud-student-recruitment-agent-configure
Use this skill when a Salesforce Administrator needs to create OR maintain an institutional hierarchy for Education Cloud by parsing organizational structure from a PDF, URL, text, or CSV. On a first run it creates System, Campus, College, and Department Account records linked via ParentId plus 1:1 Business Profile records. On later runs it reconciles the org's existing hierarchy against the desired structure and applies only the delta — adding new units, renaming, or moving a node under a different parent — never recreating what exists. TRIGGER when the user wants to set up, configure, build, update, restructure, or reorganize a multi-campus structure, institutional hierarchy, or account hierarchy with business profiles; or add, rename, or move a campus, college, or department. DO NOT TRIGGER for single-campus flat setups without hierarchy levels, one-off manual account creation, or non-Education-Cloud account management.
forcedotcom/education-cloud-multi-campus-configure
Use this skill to configure Education Cloud domains (Student Success, Recruitment & Admissions, Academic Operations, Alumni Relations, Student Management, or Mentoring) through conversational setup. Triggers when a user wants to enable or configure Education Cloud features. Guides step-by-step: enables Person Accounts prerequisite, activates target domain, then configures domain sub-features. Covers support processes, case record types, success teams, care plans, applications, admissions, course catalog, alumni engagement, fundraising, enrollment, programs, and mentoring. Explains each feature, confirms before proceeding, verifies every change took effect, and warns that domain and feature toggles are IRREVERSIBLE. DO NOT TRIGGER for metadata generation, custom objects, or package deployment — this configures existing platform features via org settings, not metadata files.
forcedotcom/education-cloud-domain-configure
Use this skill to migrate course catalog data from external sources (CSV, PDF, website) and bulk-create Learning and LearningCourse records in Education Cloud. Triggers when a user wants to import courses, parse course catalog documents, or set up a course catalog for an academic term. Handles multi-source data ingestion, intelligent interpretation of course structures (lecture+lab linked courses via IsLinkedOnly flag, credit hours, course types), batch creation via sObject REST API, data quality validation, conflict resolution for existing courses, and gap identification. Explains what's missing (descriptions, types) and requests additional sources. Pauses for clarification on multi-component courses and conflicting data. DO NOT TRIGGER for creating individual Learning Course records manually, for creating Learning Programs (different workflow), or for enrollment/registration workflows.
forcedotcom/education-cloud-course-catalog-migrate
Use this skill to set up, create, or generate an academic calendar for Education Cloud orgs. Creates Academic Year, Academic Terms (semester/quarter/trimester), Academic Sessions, registration windows, and add/drop deadlines from natural language or documents. Validates date ranges and handles overlapping sessions, linking terms to the year and sessions to their term. TRIGGER when: user asks to "create an academic calendar", "set up semester dates", "generate the academic year", "add terms and sessions", "configure registration windows", or "add/drop deadlines" — or uploads a calendar document (PDF, CSV, XLSX) containing term or session dates. DO NOT TRIGGER for querying or updating existing calendar records, scheduling courses, or configuring course offerings.
forcedotcom/education-cloud-academic-calendar-generate
Scaffold a new Salesforce DX project of any template — standard, empty, analytics, agent, or a React/Angular UI-bundle app — and set it up end-to-end: relocate the session, connect an org, set the default, enable source tracking. Use when the user asks to create or scaffold a new Salesforce/SFDX project, start a new React/Angular Salesforce app, or run 'sf template generate project'. DO NOT TRIGGER for: building/editing/styling an EXISTING UI-bundle app (experience-ui-bundle-frontend-generate); scaffolding only a UI bundle as a step of building one out (experience-ui-bundle-project-generate, experience-ui-bundle-app-coordinate); tool validation (platform-environment-validate); org auth (login); project stats; scratch orgs (dx-org-manage).
forcedotcom/dx-project-create
Use this skill to automate managed package post-install configuration. Package-agnostic — works with any managed package (LMA, FMA, work.com, Certinia, etc.). TRIGGER when: user installs a managed package and needs post-install configuration, mentions LMA/FMA/work.com post-install setup, asks to configure permission sets/FLS/page layouts for an installed package, says 'post-install', 'package setup', 'configure LMA', 'set up FMA', 'post-install steps'. DO NOT TRIGGER for: standalone permission set assignment (use dx-org-permission-set-assign), generating permission set metadata XML (use platform-permission-set-generate), package installation, or org switching.
forcedotcom/dx-pkg-post-install-configure
Check when Salesforce orgs expire (or already expired) and what to do about it, for one org, the default org, or across all authenticated orgs, using the Salesforce CLI (sf). Use when the user asks about org or trial expiration, "when does my trial expire", "is my trial org still active", "how many days are left", "which orgs are expiring soon", wants to filter orgs expiring within N days, needs machine-readable (JSON/CSV) output for cron or alerting, wants to back up an at-risk org before it lapses, or asks how to extend or renew an expiring trial or Developer Edition org. Covers trial editions, Developer Edition orgs (anything with a TrialExpirationDate), and scratch orgs (via sf org list). DO NOT TRIGGER for sandbox refresh timing, for creating, deleting, or switching the active org, or for non-Salesforce trials such as AWS, Netflix, or other vendors — this skill reads expiration and prints guidance, it does not modify orgs.
forcedotcom/dx-org-trial-expiration-check
Switches the active Salesforce org (default target-org) using the Salesforce CLI. Use whenever someone wants to change which org CLI commands run against — whether they say "switch org", "change default org", "set my org to", "use alias", "point to", or describe wanting to work against a specific org, scratch org, sandbox, or production.
forcedotcom/dx-org-switch
ALWAYS USE THIS SKILL to create, list, or delete org shapes. An org shape is a captured baseline configuration (features, limits, edition, and Metadata API settings) of a source org, without its data or metadata. Use when the user asks to create/make/take an org shape, capture or replicate an org's configuration/edition/limits, list/show/view existing org shapes (including INACTIVE/superseded ones) or their IDs and status, or delete/remove org shapes for a source org. Requires a source org with Dev Hub and Org Shape for Scratch Orgs enabled. DO NOT TRIGGER for creating/checking/listing/deleting snapshots (use dx-org-snapshot-manage) or for creating scratch orgs (use dx-org-manage).
forcedotcom/dx-org-shape-manage
ALWAYS USE THIS SKILL to assign permission sets to org users. Assign one or more permission sets to org users using the sf org assign permset command. TRIGGER when the user asks to assign, grant, give, add, or apply permission sets to users, admins, specific orgs, or specific users. Supports granting permissions, giving access, and adding permission sets to default admin or specific users via --on-behalf-of. DO NOT TRIGGER for listing permission sets or checking user permissions.
forcedotcom/dx-org-permission-set-assign
Use to EXECUTE Salesforce org operations immediately via the sf CLI (this skill runs them, it does NOT generate scripts): create scratch orgs (from edition, definition file, snapshot, or org shape), list/display/resume/delete scratch orgs, open orgs in browser. Trigger: 'create scratch org', 'create org from snapshot', 'delete scratch org', 'open my org'. Do NOT use for switching the default org (use dx-org-switch), deploying metadata (use platform-metadata-deploy), or creating/checking/listing/deleting org snapshots (use dx-org-snapshot-manage).
forcedotcom/dx-org-manage
Enable Dev Hub on a Salesforce org and view its scratch org allocation, using the Salesforce CLI (sf). Use when someone wants to turn on or enable Dev Hub, set up an org to create scratch orgs or second-generation (2GP) and unlocked packages, check whether Dev Hub is already enabled, see how many scratch orgs they can create (Active and Daily scratch org limits, remaining allocation), configure Dev Hub preferences such as packaging, org shape export, or scratch org snapshots, or list the active scratch orgs created from a Dev Hub. Enabling deploys the enableScratchOrgManagementPref setting, is irreversible, needs a System Administrator (ModifyAllData or ModifyMetadata), and does not work in sandboxes. DO NOT TRIGGER for creating or deleting individual scratch orgs, for switching the default org (use dx-org-switch), or for trial or org expiration dates (use dx-org-trial-expiration-check).
forcedotcom/dx-org-devhub-configure
Compare two Salesforce orgs side-by-side and produce a comparison report with drift score, or analyze a single org to produce an inventory covering metadata components, org permissions, system permissions, profiles, installed packages, licenses, and org limits. Use this skill when the user wants to compare orgs, diff orgs, audit configuration drift, find what changed between two environments, compare sandbox against production, or analyze a single org. Trigger phrases include: 'compare orgs', 'compare these 2 orgs', 'compare my orgs', 'diff orgs', 'org diff', 'what is different between these orgs', 'compare metadata', 'org comparison', 'audit org differences', 'compare sandbox to production', 'introspect org', 'org inventory', 'what is in my org', 'analyze org', 'org analysis', 'analyze my org', 'analyze my Salesforce org'. Do NOT use for retrieving metadata (use platform-metadata-retrieve), deploying metadata (use platform-metadata-deploy), or switching orgs (use dx-org-switch).
forcedotcom/dx-org-analyze
Use this skill to manage the full lifecycle of DevOps Center work items — list, create, update, commit changes, perform status transitions, and create pull requests. Update fields like subject, description, and status. Commit and push code changes to work item branches. Create pull requests for work item branches via DevOps Center API. Invoke when the user wants to track, find, create, or update a work item, commit changes to a work item branch, advance a work item's status through the pipeline, or create a pull request for code review. Consolidates sf devops work-item and review operations. DO NOT TRIGGER for promotion or deployment operations, or conflict detection.
forcedotcom/dx-devops-work-item-manage
Runs DevOps Center test suites on a pipeline stage (Pre-Promote, Post-Promote, or Review event) end to end: triggers async execution via the Connect API after an explicit confirmation gate, then polls by runId at provider-specific intervals until it completes, fails, or times out, and hands results to failure analysis. Also retriggers a quality gate after fixes, but only once coverage meets the threshold. Use this skill when a user wants to run, kick off, or launch test suites on a stage, re-run a quality gate, or watch an in-progress run to completion. TRIGGER when: the user wants to run/launch suites on a stage, execute tests before or after promotion, re-run a quality gate after fixing failures, unblock a blocked promotion after adding tests, or poll/watch an in-progress run. DO NOT TRIGGER when: running sf apex run test directly (use platform-apex-test-run), or configuring a NEW gate or threshold (use dx-devops-test-pipeline-configure).
forcedotcom/dx-devops-test-suite-run
Recommends and manages DevOps Center test suite assignments for pipeline stages. Mode A analyzes a commit diff against assigned suite metadata to recommend relevant existing suites and flag coverage gaps (pure reasoning). Modes B-D assign a single suite, bulk-map multiple suites with a mandatory impact preview, or add/remove test classes with governance rules, via the testSuiteStages Connect API. Use this skill to recommend suites for a commit, assign or map suites to stages, or add/remove tests in a suite. TRIGGER when: the user asks which suites to run for a commit/diff or what covers their changes; a suite is unlinked and the user wants it assigned; the user wants to configure suite-to-stage mappings, assign multiple suites, or add/remove/sync tests in a suite. DO NOT TRIGGER when: configuring or syncing a test provider (use dx-devops-test-pipeline-configure), running suites (use dx-devops-test-suite-run), or authoring/running tests directly (use platform-apex-test-generate or platform-apex-test-run).
forcedotcom/dx-devops-test-suite-assignments-configure
Configures DevOps Center pipeline testing infrastructure: enables a test provider so its suites become available, re-syncs a configured provider to pull in new suites, or creates a quality gate with rules on a stage. Routes by intent across three modes after running shared prerequisite checks and an explicit confirmation gate. Use this skill when a user wants to set up, configure, enable, sync, or refresh a test provider, or set/configure a quality gate or coverage threshold on a DevOps Center pipeline stage. TRIGGER when: the user wants to configure/enable/add/set up a test provider, re-sync or refresh a provider's suite list, pull in new suites, or set/configure a quality gate, coverage threshold, or testing benchmark on a stage. DO NOT TRIGGER when: assigning existing suites to a stage (use dx-devops-test-suite-assignments-configure), running or retriggering a suite (use dx-devops-test-suite-run), or non-DevOps-Center work.
forcedotcom/dx-devops-test-pipeline-configure
Analyzes DevOps Center test failures and Code Analyzer violations in plain language — failure category, offending file/class/method/line, rule violated, fix direction, and prioritized improvement suggestions (test-code vs production-code) — then optionally creates a tracked fix WorkItem on explicit request. Analysis is pure reasoning; work-item creation is a confirmation-gated write. Use this skill to explain failures or improvement suggestions, translate Code Analyzer violations, or track a fix as a work item. TRIGGER when: a run failed and the user wants root cause; a quality gate failure needs explaining; violations need translating; the user shares a failure payload and asks how to address it; wants to strengthen tests; or wants to create a fix work item, log a remediation, or assign a failure. DO NOT TRIGGER when: the user wants fix code written (use platform-apex-generate) or new test classes authored (use platform-apex-test-generate).
forcedotcom/dx-devops-test-failures-analyze
Use this skill to poll the status of an asynchronous DevOps Center request — a promotion or deploy operation. Provide the request token returned by dx-devops-promote (the promote response) to check completion, monitor progress, or verify success or failure via sf devops request status. TRIGGER when the user wants to check whether a promotion or deploy finished, monitor an in-flight async request, poll until a request completes, or confirm a request succeeded before finalizing. DO NOT TRIGGER for initiating a promotion or deploy (use dx-devops-promote), for work item creation or status transitions (use dx-devops-work-item-manage), or for conflict detection. Read-only status check — never mutates pipeline state.
forcedotcom/dx-devops-request-status
Use this skill to drive the full DevOps Center promotion workflow for work items and pipeline stages — validate preconditions, prepare work items, optionally combine work items that share metadata, promote one or more work items or an entire stage to a target pipeline stage, and complete the promotion to finalize the deployment. TRIGGER when the user wants to promote a work item, advance changes to the next environment or stage, combine work items for a single promotion, or move metadata through the release pipeline. The mandatory validate step runs automatically at the start. DO NOT TRIGGER for work item creation or status updates (use dx-devops-work-item-manage), for conflict detection, or for polling an existing promotion's status.
forcedotcom/dx-devops-promote
Use to list, view, or manage DevOps Center projects in a Salesforce org — show all projects, create a project, or update an existing project's name, description, or active status. Invoke to run sf devops project list on any listing request, or to create a project, set up a new pipeline foundation, initialize DevOps Center for a feature, update project settings, or activate/deactivate (archive) a project. Consolidates sf devops project list/create/update. DO NOT TRIGGER for work item, pipeline, promotion, or conflict operations — those are separate skills.
forcedotcom/dx-devops-project-manage
Use this skill to manage the full lifecycle of a DevOps Center pipeline — list all pipelines, get a single pipeline's details, create a new pipeline linked to a Git repository, add or remove stages, rename a stage, add or remove Salesforce environments on stages, attach or detach projects, and activate or deactivate the pipeline. Invoke when the user wants to set up a release pipeline, wire promotion stages across integration, UAT, staging, and production orgs, connect environments to stages, attach a project, or activate a continuous delivery pipeline. Uses sf devops pipeline and sf devops stage commands with --json output. DO NOT TRIGGER for work-item lifecycle, promotion or deployment execution, conflict detection, or standalone project creation (separate skills).
forcedotcom/dx-devops-pipeline-manage
Use this skill to diagnose and resolve what blocks a DevOps Center promotion of a work item's feature branch: Git merge conflicts and deployment failures. DevOps Center is Git-backed, so overlapping metadata changes surface as merge conflicts against the target stage branch, resolved with git (detect, resolve markers, commit, push). Deploy failures often cite a missing dependency a full promotion can fix when the component already exists on the branch. TRIGGER when the user wants to check a work item for conflicts before promoting, resolve merge conflicts or leftover conflict markers in metadata files (.xml, .object-meta.xml, .cls), reconcile a feature branch with its target stage branch, or diagnose why a DevOps Center promotion or deployment failed and whether a full promotion or a missing-dependency fix will resolve it. DO NOT TRIGGER for running the promotion itself (use dx-devops-promote), creating or updating work items (use dx-devops-work-item-manage), or deploying metadata directly to an org.
forcedotcom/dx-devops-conflict-resolve
Run Salesforce Code Analyzer to scan code for security, performance, best practice, and code style violations. Supports all engines (PMD, ESLint, CPD, RetireJS, Flow, SFGE, ApexGuru), targets (files, folders, git diff), categories, and severities. Also handles post-scan exploration: filtering results by engine/severity/category/file, and explaining what rules mean. TRIGGER when: user says 'scan my code', 'check security issues', 'run PMD/ESLint', 'find duplicates', 'analyze Flows', 'check vulnerable libraries', 'AppExchange review', 'lint my LWC', 'static analysis', 'code quality', 'show security violations', 'what is this rule', 'explain ApexCRUDViolation', 'filter results', or mentions engines/file types (.cls, .trigger, .js, .flow-meta.xml). Use this skill for scanning, exploring results, and listing rules. DO NOT TRIGGER when: user asks only about installation/configuration (use dx-code-analyzer-configure), or wants to create a custom rule (use dx-code-analyzer-custom-rule-create).
forcedotcom/dx-code-analyzer-run
Create custom Code Analyzer rules for Regex (pattern matching), PMD (XPath/AST for Apex and metadata XML), and ESLint (LWC/JavaScript/TypeScript). Use when users want to enforce coding standards, ban patterns, detect hardcoded values, govern metadata, or add rules not in the built-in set. TRIGGER when: user says 'create a rule', 'ban System.debug', 'enforce naming convention', 'detect hardcoded IDs', 'custom rule', 'xpath rule', 'regex rule', 'add a PMD rule', 'enforce a policy', 'create a check for', 'flag this pattern', 'make a rule that catches', 'metadata rule', 'check permissions', 'enforce API version', 'eslint rule', 'lwc rule', 'override rule threshold', 'customize complexity', or describes a pattern to enforce. DO NOT TRIGGER when: user wants to run a scan (use dx-code-analyzer-run), configure engines (use dx-code-analyzer-configure), or explain existing rules (use dx-code-analyzer-run).
forcedotcom/dx-code-analyzer-custom-rule-create
Set up, configure, and troubleshoot Salesforce Code Analyzer for any project. Handles installation, prerequisite checks, diagnosing broken setups, creating and editing code-analyzer.yml overrides, engine-specific settings, ignore patterns, severity overrides, and CI/CD pipeline setup. TRIGGER when: user says 'set up code analyzer', 'configure code analyzer', 'install code analyzer', 'code analyzer not working', 'fix my setup', 'scan failing', 'check my setup', 'enable/disable engine', 'exclude files', 'change severity', 'set up GitHub Actions', 'set up CI/CD', 'add to pipeline', 'pipeline fail', 'update my workflow', 'quality gate', 'fail on violations', 'scan changed files only', 'add SARIF', 'code-analyzer.yml', 'ESLint config', 'increase SFGE memory', or reports errors running Code Analyzer. DO NOT TRIGGER when: user wants to run a scan (use dx-code-analyzer-run), fix violations, explain rules, create custom rules (use dx-code-analyzer-custom-rule-create), or suppress violations.
forcedotcom/dx-code-analyzer-configure
ISV App Analytics metadata types — AppAnalyticsQueryRequest and AppAnalyticsSettings. Use this skill when the user asks about retrieving managed package usage data, configuring App Analytics simulation mode, querying subscriber snapshots, or understanding the AppAnalyticsQueryRequest lifecycle (New → Pending → Complete → Expired). TRIGGER when: user mentions App Analytics, AppAnalyticsQueryRequest, AppAnalyticsSettings, package usage data, subscriber analytics, ISV analytics, or simulation mode for app analytics. DO NOT TRIGGER when: the task is about standard Salesforce reports/dashboards (use reporting skills), custom SOQL on Account/Contact (use platform-soql-query).
forcedotcom/dx-app-analytics-query
Run an ApexGuru performance scan on a Salesforce Apex project via the ApexGuru SFAP Scan API. Zips the project's Apex (any layout), submits it, polls to completion, decodes the base64 report, and presents performance antipattern violations (SOQL in loop, DML in loop, Schema.getGlobalDescribe(), SOQL without WHERE/LIMIT, unused SOQL fields) grouped by rule with severity, file:line, and suggested fixes — clearly attributed as 'Static only' or 'Production insights'. TRIGGER when the user says 'run ApexGuru', 'ApexGuru scan', 'check Apex performance', 'find governor-limit / performance antipatterns', 'SOQL in loop', 'scan my Apex for performance', or 'ApexGuru performance insights'. DO NOT TRIGGER for general static analysis or security scans (use dx-code-analyzer-run), for fixing code without scanning, or for onboarding an org to ApexGuru.
forcedotcom/dx-apexguru-scan
Migrate Lightning Web Components from SLDS 1 to SLDS 2 by running the SLDS linter and fixing violations. Use this skill whenever users mention SLDS 2, SLDS uplift, linter violations, LWC token migration, class overrides, hardcoded CSS values that need SLDS hook replacement, or styling hook selection. Covers all styling hook categories — color, spacing, sizing, typography, borders, radius, and shadows. Also use when users mention no-hardcoded-values, no-slds-class-overrides, lwc-to-slds-hooks, no-deprecated-tokens-slds1, or ask about SLDS component migration — even if they don't explicitly say "uplift" or "migration".
forcedotcom/design-systems-slds2-migrate
Audit Lightning Web Components for SLDS design-system compliance and produce a scored quality report. Runs the SLDS linter and analyzes CSS for theming hook usage and pairing, scoring SLDS findings across categories into an overall grade. Use when asked to "score my component's SLDS", "SLDS scorecard", "SLDS quality report", "audit SLDS compliance", "how good is my SLDS", "check SLDS quality", "rate my SLDS styling", "evaluate my component's SLDS", "is this component's SLDS ready to ship?", "look at my LWC for SLDS issues", "audit SLDS before I submit", "review my component's SLDS before code review", or any time a user wants an SLDS quality assessment or SLDS production-readiness check on an LWC. Not for fixing violations (use design-systems-slds2-migrate), building new components (use design-systems-slds-apply), or accessibility/WCAG/ARIA audits (use experience-accessibility-validate).
forcedotcom/design-systems-slds-validate
Apply SLDS-compliant UI using the correct blueprints, styling hooks, utility classes, and icons. Use when building any UI that needs SLDS, choosing between Lightning Base Components and SLDS Blueprints, applying styling hooks for theming, using utility classes for layout and spacing, or selecting icons. Triggers include "build a modal", "create a form", "data table", "SLDS styling", "style with hooks", "add an icon".

Retrieve Data Lake Object (DLO) and Data Model Object (DMO) schema information from Salesforce Data Cloud using REST APIs. Use this skill when you need to inspect DLO or DMO field definitions, data types, or metadata. Takes org alias and optional DLO/DMO name as parameters.
forcedotcom/data360-schema-get
Develop and deploy Data Cloud Code Extensions using SF CLI plugin. Use this skill when creating custom Python transformations for Data Cloud, deploying code extensions, or testing data transformations. Supports init, run, scan, and deploy operations.
forcedotcom/data360-code-extension-generate
Deploy the TPM Accruals Data Kit components specifically required for Trade Promotion Effectiveness (TPE) dashboards. Use when a customer or admin wants to install or deploy the TPM data kit for TPE dashboards, or as a delegated step from consumer-goods-tpe-dashboard-configure. Do not use this skill if the customer wants to deploy the TPM Accruals Data Kit for the Accruals feature.
forcedotcom/consumer-goods-tpe-datakit-deploy
Customize the Trade Promotion Effectiveness (TPE) Analytics dashboards' generic KPI slots (Promotion Measure 1-3, Tactic Measure 1-2) with customer-chosen KPI measure codes and display names, without touching the shipped base model. Use when a customer/admin wants to "customize TPE dashboards", "change the KPIs on the Promotion/Tactic Analysis dashboard", or "swap in our own measure codes on the TPE dashboard".
forcedotcom/consumer-goods-tpe-dashboard-custom-kpi-configure
End-to-end headless setup of Trade Promotion Effectiveness (TPE) dashboards for a Trade Promotion Management (TPM) Cloud org, covering tenant pairing checks, permission sets, SSOT and Tableau Next enablement, C360 SDM verification, the TPM Accruals data kit install, business-period export, RTR Data Cloud export configuration, the TPM_PROMOTION_MEASURE Data Transform, TPE Analytics app install, and optional KPI dashboard customization. Use when a customer or admin wants to set up TPE dashboards, enable Trade Promotion Effectiveness, install the TPE analytics app, or set up and customize TPE dashboards with their own KPIs.
forcedotcom/consumer-goods-tpe-dashboard-configure
Use this skill to set up Salesforce Consumer Goods (CG) Cloud Mobile Sync end-to-end for the Sync Management App managed package — it runs all three acts in order (Act 1 Setup Sync, Act 2 Assign Users, Act 3 Plan & Verify), not just installing the baseline, so a sales rep can see the day's planned visits offline. Use it when asked to "set up CG Cloud mobile sync", "configure Consumer Goods mobile sync", "set up sync for Retail Execution", "install the sync baseline", "assign a user to the sync configuration", "verify the sync setup", or "why can't my rep see their planned visits offline" when sync setup or the baseline install is suspected. DO NOT TRIGGER for general CG Cloud mobile-app troubleshooting unrelated to sync setup, for authoring new or custom sync baselines (this installs only shipped baselines discovered at runtime), or for building or customizing the mobile app UI itself — those are out of scope.
forcedotcom/consumer-goods-sync-management-configure
Configure a Trade Promotion Management (TPM) org's RTR (Real Time Reporting) export pipeline to push promotion measures into Data Cloud (Data 360) for Trade Promotion Effectiveness (TPE) dashboards. Use when a customer or admin wants to set up the RTR export for Data Cloud measures, configure the RTR report for TPE, or as a delegated step from consumer-goods-tpe-dashboard-configure.
forcedotcom/consumer-goods-rtr-datacloud-export-configure
Use to enable the Consumer Goods Cloud TPM Promotion Business Object (BO) API framework in a Salesforce org, interview the user for the custom Workflow Step they want to add, generate and deploy that Apex class, wire it into the create/update/copy workflows, and prove it end-to-end via headless REST ingest. Ships a worked reference example (SetCommentValue) but the customization is user-supplied per org. Triggers on "deploy the promotion BO API", "set up promotion BO API", "headless promotion create", "add a BO API workflow step".
forcedotcom/consumer-goods-promotion-bo-api-deploy
Use this skill to deploy the TPM Liability Accruals data kit end to end to a Salesforce org. Invoke when a customer or teammate wants to install the accrual engine, verify the Data Cloud connection, deploy the Data Kit components, and schedule the export and accrual calculation chain. Trigger phrases include: 'deploy the accrual data kit', 'set up liability accruals', 'install TPM accruals', 'headless accruals setup', 'configure the Data Cloud export connector', 'schedule the accrual chain'. Do NOT use for creating a Data Space alone (use platform-dataspace-access-configure), for generic Salesforce metadata deployment (use platform-metadata-deploy), for querying org data only (use platform-soql-query), or when setting up the data kit for the Trade Promotion Effectiveness (TPE) feature (use consumer-goods-tpe-datakit-deploy instead).

Interactive workflow to create Commerce B2B Stores and retrieve storefront metadata. Use when users want to: create B2B Commerce stores, build Commerce storefronts, set up B2B stores from Vibes, retrieve Commerce metadata, deploy Commerce experiences, work with DigitalExperienceBundle for Commerce.
forcedotcom/commerce-b2b-store-create
Replace OOTB (out-of-the-box) B2B Commerce components with open source equivalents in site metadata content.json files, or look up the equivalent open code `site:` component for OOTB definitions. Use when users mention "replace OOTB components", "replace commerce components with open code", "swap OOTB for open source", "replace commerce_builder:", "replace OOTB in site", "replace component in site metadata", "replace component definition", "find open code equivalent", "equivalent open code component", "OOTB to open code mapping", "what is the site component for", components "in this view" or "for a given view", or a specific list of component names — and want to update or only discover mappings in their store metadata.
forcedotcom/commerce-b2b-open-code-components-replace
Integrate Salesforce B2B Commerce open source components from GitHub into B2B Commerce stores. Use when users mention "integrate open code components", "open source B2B commerce", "add open code components", "forcedotcom/b2b-commerce-open-source-components", or want to add open source commerce components to their store. Copies all components and labels so they become available in Experience Builder.

Apply a Salesforce sandbox post-copy automation JSON config against a target org. For each entry, the skill derives the correct Tooling API sobject from the entry's `ConfigurationName`, verifies the derivation via a describe probe, resolves the record Id via SOQL-over-REST, then PATCHes the record via the compound `Metadata` field using `sf api request rest`. `ScheduledApex` entries run anonymous Apex `System.schedule(...)` via `sf apex run` (because `CronTrigger` is read-only) and verify via a `CronTrigger` SOQL read-back. Use when the user asks to apply, run, execute, dry-run, or preview a post-copy or post-refresh config file (e.g. `post-copy-config.json`) against a sandbox. Trigger phrases: "apply post-copy config", "run post-copy automation", "execute sandbox post-refresh JSON", "apply sandbox refresh config", "configure sandbox after refresh". DO NOT TRIGGER for generating the config JSON from an SOP (delegate to `automation-sandbox-post-copy-config-generate`), or for deploying metadata XML.
forcedotcom/automation-sandbox-post-copy-configure
Generate the JSON config file that the Salesforce sandbox post-copy automation tool consumes, from a customer SOP in any format (PDF, xlsx, csv, JSON, docx, Markdown, plain text, or a screenshot of an endpoint table). Use when the user asks to create, build, generate, produce, or convert a post-copy or post-refresh automation config — turning a sandbox-refresh SOP into a JSON array of OutboundMessages, RemoteSiteSettings, and ScheduledApex entries with ConfigurationName, Label, Fields, IsActive, and ExecutionOrder. Also trigger for phrasings like "post-copy config", "post-refresh automation JSON", "update the outbound message (OBM) endpoints after refresh", "convert this SOP to config", "remote site settings JSON", "refresh planner to JSON", or "sandbox refresh config". DO NOT TRIGGER when: user wants to deploy the generated config to an org (use platform-metadata-deploy), or apply/execute/run/dry-run the post-copy automation JSON against a sandbox (use automation-sandbox-post-copy-configure).
forcedotcom/automation-sandbox-post-copy-config-generate
Generate Salesforce Flows using the MCP tool execute_metadata_action. Use when the user asks to create, build, or generate a flow — including Screen, Autolaunched, Record-Triggered (before/after-save), Scheduled. Also trigger for flow-like requests such as "when a record is created", "trigger daily at", "send an email when", "update the field when", "automate", "workflow", or "flow XML/metadata". This is the only skill for Salesforce Flow generation.
forcedotcom/automation-flow-generate
Write, run, and analyze structured test suites for Agentforce agents — functional AND security. TRIGGER when: user writes or modifies test spec YAML (AiEvaluationDefinition); runs sf agent test create, run, run-eval, or results commands; asks about test coverage strategy, metric selection, or custom evaluations; interprets test results or diagnoses test failures; asks about batch testing, regression suites, or CI/CD test integration; requests security testing, OWASP LLM Top 10, red-teaming, penetration testing, prompt-injection tests, a security grade, or a vulnerability assessment of an agent. DO NOT TRIGGER when: user creates, modifies, previews, or debugs .agent files (use agentforce-generate); deploys or publishes agents; writes Agent Script code; uses sf agent preview for development iteration; analyzes production session traces (use agentforce-observe); performs a static safety review of .agent file content (use agentforce-generate Section 15).
forcedotcom/agentforce-test
Analyze production Agentforce agent behavior using session traces and Data Cloud, and manage Agent Health Monitoring (AHM) alerts. TRIGGER when: user queries STDM session data or Data Cloud trace records; investigates production agent failures, regressions, or performance issues; asks about session traces, conversation logs, or agent metrics; wants to reproduce a reported production issue in preview; runs findSessions or trace analysis queries; creates, lists, updates, or deletes an AHM data alert on an agent metric (escalation rate, deflection, etc.); asks why an alert is not firing or wants to check whether alerts have fired (notification counts, or the per-alert Incidents view). DO NOT TRIGGER when: user creates, modifies, or debugs .agent files during development (use agentforce-generate); writes or runs test specs (use agentforce-test); uses sf agent preview for local development iteration; deploys or publishes agents.
forcedotcom/agentforce-observe
Build, modify, audit, repair, optimize, debug, and deploy agents with Agentforce Agent Script. TRIGGER when: user creates, reviews, or changes .agent files or aiAuthoringBundle metadata; asks to fix AgentScript, audit an existing agent, run an AgentScript health check, common-pitfall review, or baseline-versus-candidate repair loop; changes a response, action, subagent, route, state flow, or Agent Spec; previews, debugs, deploys, publishes, or tests agents; uses sf agent generate/preview/publish/test; or manages Agentforce MCP servers, tools, assets, or authentication. DO NOT TRIGGER when: Apex, Flow, Prompt Template, Experience Cloud, or general Salesforce CLI work is unrelated to Agent Script; or the primary input is a production session or trace ID rather than an agent artifact.
forcedotcom/agentforce-generate
Data Cloud 360° view of a single Agentforce session. TRIGGER when user asks to trace, inspect, summarize, or describe a specific Agentforce session by session id (Agent Session UUID `019d…` or MessagingSession id `0Mw…`). Also triggers on session discovery — find/list/search sessions by time, agent, channel, outcome, or conversation text — when the user has no session id yet. DO NOT TRIGGER for design-time architecture questions (use agentforce-architecture-analyze instead) or for runtime perf/latency/SLO questions that require platform telemetry beyond Data Cloud.
forcedotcom/agentforce-d360-analyze
Use this skill to Upgrade Einstein Bots into Agentforce agents end-to-end in a single pass, orchestrating per-bot Agent Spec generation, planner reconciliation across bots, agentforce-generate authoring, and post-conversion .agent enhancements. TRIGGER when: user asks to migrate, upgrade, or convert one or more Einstein Bots to Agentforce; runs a multi-bot bot-to-agent upgrade; needs Einstein Bot metadata turned into Agent Spec handoffs and generated .agent agents; convert bots to agents; upgrade my service bots; move bots to Agentforce. DO NOT TRIGGER when: user already has an approved Agent Spec and only wants direct .agent authoring, deploy, test, or observe flows; the request is unrelated to Einstein Bot migration.
forcedotcom/agentforce-bot-upgrade
Declared architecture snapshot for one Agentforce agent: planner, topics, actions, flows, Apex, prompt templates, and NGA plugins. Renders a human-readable architecture document and Mermaid invocation graph from design-time metadata (not runtime audit rows). TRIGGER when user asks to describe, diagram, inventory, audit, document, or diff (e.g. v3 vs v5) the architecture / action tree / topic structure / tool inventory of a specific agent by agent API name in a specific org. DO NOT TRIGGER for runtime session traces, conversation transcripts, generation timings, or gateway audit chains — this skill reads design-time metadata only (use agentforce-d360-analyze for session traces).
