for a skill generated by create-verification-skill.
Authorized Scope
Apply this engine only within the user's requested task and existing explicit authorization. Loading or delegating to it grants no additional authority. Preserve report-only restrictions and the caller's target, host, provider, and cost limits. Existing approval satisfies a gate only for the same actions and scope; obtain approval before expanding them. Forward these limits to delegates.

Edit scope
Never edit product code during a run. Behavior the map describes that the app no longer does is doc drift (fix the map) or a product regression (report it).
Pass
- Locate the target. Several candidates → ask which. None → stop and
point at
create-verification-skill. - Index hygiene. Fix missing, extra, duplicate, or dead feature entries.
- Source wave. One read-only subagent per feature file, launched concurrently. Children never drive the app.
- Reconcile. Merge overlapping recipes. Sweep recent churn for missing user-facing surfaces.
- Live pass. Required even when source looks clean. Doctor before first drive. Evidence survives every cleanup. Nothing a drive started outlives the run.
- Triage. Doc drift → fix the map. Harness gap → fix the harness. Broken app behavior → report it, keep it out of this PR.
- Ship or stop.
